When the President travels by helicopter in DC, they fly four at once to hide his location. Then, they do several fake landings to draw out snipers and to cause observers to be uncertain. They also send a couple "Beast" vehicles down the road at once.

DC itself has security up the wazoo and in every hidden corner, but I doubt that Turkey could hide anything from anyone. Given active targeting near a war zone anything is possible. After this denial he might actually fly on the new plane. Or on a random Gulfstream. Or...

I'm sure the specifics are classified but considering the speed that the converted it after it was donated by Qatar, they didn't integrate the full suite of defensive systems that the originals have installed.

Not to mention the head of AIPAC and the ADL. Hell, they'd probably kill Ben Shapiro before Trump, because they know Trump is just a puppet when it comes to the middle east.

Probably the most important thing to come out of the NATO meeting was Trump agreeing to let Ukraine build their own Patriot missiles under liscense and NATO pledging to give Ukraine another $80 billion to keep the war going.

I wonder how much incentive this will give Putin to accelerate his mobilization and offensive and give weapons (under the table of course) to Iran.

Israel has made assassinations a tool of foriegn policy. They openingly brag about it and think it will never happen to them. So if it did, I would sincerely sad - for about 2 seconds. You get what you dish out in a just world.

As for Trump - neither he nor any American leader has publically endorsed assassinations of other foreign leaders. IRC, we still have a law on the books against it.

Another reason why Iran probably doesn't have him on their "Kill list". Which in the case of Israel would be called "Retribution list".

Instead of lying, and making up some excuse for the plane switch (a lot of presidents would do that)

he makes fun of the threat. "I'm number one on the kill list." He's bragging that the Iranians want to kill him so bad. He's being truthful and simultaneously making light of the threat.

has anyone noticed that someone bombed the hotel in Syria where French Pres Macron was staying? Traditionally, France has protected the Christians in Lebanon (not sure if they are still doing this), and Iran not only has it's Hezbollah proxy trying to take over Lebanon, but sent troops to try to keep Syria's murderous president Assad in power before ISIS suddenly won the war.
You Yanks have tunnel vision: Lots more going on in the world than Trumpieboy and Israel. And Turkey used to run the Caliphate, and is playing both sides but one doubts after they had to take in a couple million Syrian refugees they want Iran to keep spreading war in the area.
