Oh no. That's unfortunate.
She, as much as Trump, is a high point of the Administration. Sorry to see her step down, even sadder for the reason. We just lost someone in our family to cancer.
Crap. She's irreplaceable.
She's been a breath of fresh air. I still don't trust her on firearms issues, but she seems to be a sincere enemy of Deep State machinations, and that us the most important thing we need in government right now.
Curious to find out who will succeed her. My heart says to put Gen. Flynn back in and dare Thune to do anything about it, but my head says Grenell.

Hate to say this, but if she becomes a widow in the next few years, she will be even more dangerous to the opposition, as a woman with nothing left to lose (she does not have kids). I believe she still has her reserve commission; Trump could appoint her the CG of the DC National Guard. Her basic branch in the Army is MP's; she could be the director of some LE agency. She is a CFMB-wearing Army medic; she could be the Surgeon General. Lots of places where Trump could set her loose to get into 'good trouble.' (can't let the other side monopolize the term!) CC, JSM

Yes, appointing Flynn to replace her would be an excellent gauntlet to throw down right before midterms. Remind everyone what we're fighting for. Get some excellent soundbites from the hearing, like some total jackass senator saying "so were you lying when you pleaded guilty, or are you lying now?" followed by Flynn saying "I pled guilty to something I didn't do to protect my son from a false prosecution - wouldn't you?" Although I couldn't have predicted it being for this reason, I never really expected her to make it to the logical end of her tenure anyway...the NIC had and still has it out for her over declassification.
I know she'll be back though, in what form I can't guess.

Just finished my chemo/radiation protocol for bladder cancer. Isolated in a single tumor with no metastasis, but the treatment was still an ordeal. The prognosis is for a cure, but it will probably be two months before the scans begin to determine if the cancer has been eradicated. Fortunately, bladder cancer makes itself known very early… blood and blood clots in the urine.
Nothing to do with those CIA agents barging into her office when she wasn't there and grabbing some papers... It wasn't a "raid" because they had no warrant.
Don't worry though, MAGA is stronger than ever! Even more pure! The more you distill it down, get rid of the non believers in the one true faith, the stronger it is! Except for the part about winning elections.

Did you not see how many elections MAGA won this week? GOP party is finally pure and all the RINOs erraticated. All the polling saying otherwise is false. Americans dont mind paying more for gas and groceries if it helps Isreal be a strong nation. Red tide is rising!

Best of luck to Tulsi Gabbard. Cancer is often survivable these days but it's always really hard. Her husband needs her and she couldn't do both jobs.
My wife’s best friend’s husband also developed a rare from of bone cancer late in life. He had assumed it was arthritis and there was nothing to do about it. When the pain got severe enough he finally saw a specialist, only to learn that he has stage 4 bone cancer. The doctors prolonged his life by removing his entire femur and replacing it with a polymer “bone” precisely the same size. He blew right through the six months they gave him to live and made it another three or four years.
He was Jewish and he was a mensch.
