I think Howard was suggesting that Starmer's efforts to save Britain from the rising tide of antisemitism by excluding Kanye West is unlikely to prove effective.
And perhaps also that the UK is a sinking ship.
Ye's "Heil Hitler" song is actually pretty good, if you listen to what he's saying.

I've been giving Starmer a hard time. But I think he legitimately does not like anti-Semites. Antisemitism: recent government actions and next steps. I also found out that he evicted Jeremy Corbyn from the Labour party. Good for him.
Nonetheless, his immigration policies are a liberal disaster. And instead of fixing its immigration problem, the UK decided to start punishing speech crimes on the internet. "Stop the music and the artists, that will fix it."

What a ridiculous thing to say. Does "everyone" have a responsibility to make sure Britian is a "safe and secure place" for Catholics, Muslims, or Hindus? Do Jews in Britain have "responsibility" to make sure Anglicans are "Safe and secure"?
What about atheists, are they feeling OK? If not, Starmer had better get on the job.
Even more absurd is the idea that Ye, a rich American musician, is a threat to anyone.
Looking at the crime stats, the rape gangs, and the lenient sentences handed out, it seems Starmer isn't interested in making England a "Safe and comfortable place" for average Britions. Which is one reason why Labour is going to be wiped out in the next election.
Of course if you read the UK newspapers online, you know England is now a country where you sentenced to 3 years for a "racist tweet" while muggers and burglars get probation and light sentences. Even the Rape Gangs get off lightly. Literally insanity fair.
