I like that he signals the number of outs to each of his fellow outfielders and then to the mantis.

I have gotten over my disdain for what I call Gen-Z baseball, you know, the DH in the National League, which put me off for a while, the pitch clock, no more complete games for pitchers, even if he's pitching a shutout, it's all moneyball now, but I am starting to enjoy the sport again. Just ordered the MLB channel, because I don't really root for any team, I just root for the players.
I imagine one of the Japanese pitchers would have been stoked to have a mantis on the cap.
