What's happening is they started to jaywalk--which is fine in NYC and would be automatic for anybody who spends time there. But then either someone noticed the camera (most likely) or else there was oncoming traffic they needed to step back from (less likely).

Hillary did a pretty standard female thing -- following the crowd into a dangerous situation and then overcorrecting backwards when seeking safety. She followed a self preservation instinct over seeking help from Bill.

I watched all of Bill testimony in the Epstein files. I noticed that his hands were shaking at times. I'm not a MD, but he seems to be cognitvely slipping and losing some inhabitions, like when was fondly looking at some of the photos when he should not have. It could be he was pushing Hilary on the street because he's lost the agility to quickly stop.
It is odd to notice, for me, that Bill Clinton was 5 years younger than I am now when he left the White House in 2001. He looks like he might die in the next 2-3 years.

Re vegans
Son and DIL are both vegans. Grandson and granddaughter are both vegans. I think they would call themselves vegetarians rather than vegan. Vegan seems to imply a vegetarian with strong political beliefs who won't shut up and let me enjoy my meal.
Granddaughter is 4th year engineering school on a full volleyball scholarship.
Grandson plays volleyball on a club team that has been to the national invitationals in Orlando 4 times, never finished below 4th nationally. (1st when he was 13) Has also sent alumni to the PR Olympic team.
Currently mulling offers from 4 engineering schools, all offering full volleyball scholarships. One even offering a $600/month stipend.
My DIL pays a LOT of attention to providing a healthy diet to her family without any meat at all. Only exception is some salmon occasionally, not even eggs or milk.
A lot of vegans may be unhealthy. And it may be harder to maintain a healthy vegan diet than non-vegan. But it can be done and can be done very well. I would venture that even ignoring the athleticism, my son's family is healthier than the typical American family.
We are Seventh Day Adventists and the church encourages, though it is not required, vegetarianism in particular and healthy eating in general. SDA members tend to be healthier than most.
I am not vegetarian, though I have no problem eating meatless at my DILs house or church lunches.

I'm highly familiar with these three groups per exposure in various contexts. Yes, vegans often focus on politics and PETA rather than health. They resemble the Jain religious avoidance of root veggies because it kills the plant.
One hundred years ago, vegetarianism was quite fashionable, per the SDAs and upscale Europeans. This ranged from Hitler to luxury Swiss health establishments.
My strong objection to vegan diets that avoid dairy and eggs is their typical reliance on nuts, seeds, and beans. Nuts are notorious for causing allergies, while beans, peanuts, and sunflower seeds can tear up the digestive tract with their lectins. Note that the vegan favorite avocado has almost no protein, can cause latex allergies, and is extremely expensive.
The lowest cost way to achieve a healthy natural diet surely involves milk and eggs (and fish) over land-based meats. Yes, humans evolved to eat meat and animal products. Yes, you can get enough protein and be healthy without meat per se.

I saw Bill Clinton at Foundry Methodist church in DC back in the day. He and Hillary discreetly worked the room as they left. He wasn't carrying a Bible or holding Hillary's hand as he went up the aisle, smiling and greeting people. That night I saw their exit from the church on local news. No, I was just correcting the error from Grok that you introduced. I didn't elaborate with an explanation because I didn't care to bore. But, here we are. You should have trusted yourself with the possessive - "his (or her or their) carrying" - because that is correct.

All these darn things do is read existing written words, based on key word searches, and then they spit up a representative example of what they find. Every wrong fact on the internet goes into the mix. Every time some dummy didn't bother to check his facts and puked something out, A.I. picks it right up and repeats it.
