Dayton James Webber, 27, is a professional cornhole player. He was 10 months old when he had a blood infection that cost him his limbs.
It's hard to picture a quadruple amputee shooting a gun, but we are told that he was also driving a car, he shot the front-seat passenger, and there were also backseat passengers, and when they got out of the car and declined to pull the victim out of the car for him, Webber drove off with the victim still in the front seat.
And so it goes for the shining example of the notion that anyone can do anything.

He's a shining example of the slogan "Don't Mess With a Quadruple Amputee." They might have anger issues. Justifiably so.

I looked it up so you dont have to. Cornhole is a lawn game where you toss a beanbag and try to get it through a hole. Its horseshoes with a beanbag.
I guess overcoming a handicap doesn't make you a nice person.

The lawn game cornhole seems to be a midwestern and eastern US thing. Cornhole is rather common in some regions, but...yeah...it's not used to describe lawn games in California...

Or, they are just a low-impact, low-skill-of-entry sports that don't result in injuries when you get hit. Contrast with Lawn Darts and hardball batting helmets.

Except that one time... When I was young, "cornhole" had an entirely different meaning in my part of the world, and I was shocked and delighted when a pretty sorority girl at a party asked me if I wanted to be her partner for a game of it.

When I was a kid in Arizona, we had never heard of the beanbag game, but we knew the word. Just like "Ficta" above, for us it had a very different and X-rated meaning.
