I believe this is probably the third of fourth time in the past month that I've heard from Trump that "Marco is talking to the Cubans". Then reporters check with the Cubans and they deny the existence of any talks, not because they are opposed to them, but because Marco Rubio hasn't bothered to engage in any talks.

At the same time he is fighting Americans using his CBP/ICE killers and shutting down our economy while putting three fully armed carrier battle groups in Iranian war zones.
