Another was the not too secret Israeli (with US and "western" help) effort to pass munitions (SAMs, AAMs, TOW missiles) plus aircraft spare parts to Iran, to keep it viable in its war with Iraq, which was (almost) a Soviet client. This helped substantially towards keeping the Iran-Iraq war a bloody standoff.

Someone I know in federal law enforcement was in a car with with 3 other LEOs, between them representing 3 agencies. Were nearby a shooting a responded- and the bad guys ran into them, literally, then opened fire. None of the 4 bad guys in that car that had a bunch of meth and a number of select fire weapons- you know, those illegal ones that law abiding citizens cannot own but bad guys seem to be able to get, will be going to trial. A dozen or so of the people they shot at and were fleeing from were arrested. Were there illegal aliens involved? Of course there were. Will you be reading about it in the MSM? Of course not. It was not a planned encounter, they were in the right place at the right time. Or wrong time, dependent on viewpoint.

Second shooting incident this week for my source. First one he was hit square in the body armor. The shooter who did that also won't be standing trial. Also a multi agency operation. There's a number of people working the tip of the spear taking down the really bad guts- the ones libs and the MSM are being ignored in favor deporting all illegals. I'm in favor of deporting them all, and if the violent ones want to get violent and get taken out, I'm fine with that also.

On Randy Fine and his dog comment, seems the libs are on the wrong side of another 80-20 issue, though it may be really a 70-30 issue... The only people criticizing Congressman Fine seem to be well known demoncRAts and liberals, and of course, muslims. Ordinary people are choosing dogs. And I've seen more then one express sentiments akin to "Damn it, you're making me side with Randy Fine! Stop that!" It does not become enforceable U.S. domestic law until and unless it is incorporated through a treaty ratified by the Senate and, if necessary, implemented by Congress, or when Congress enacts it into statute. and it is signed by the President.
