His dad was a home builder and he went to Creighton for college. I should have asked him why he didn’t go to UNL; maybe because he’s Catholic.

The event was at his Cloisters-on-the-Platte. That’s his Ignatian silent retreat center.

He became a retail stock broker, but he needed that college degree to get the job.

Even CBS News, which these days is known more for protecting the administration rather than ever criticizing it, found that of the 12 centers, 10 had active licenses. The two facilities Shirley targeted for his big fraud reveal had already shut down early last year, which would make doing a bunch of fraud sort of hard.

Right-wing KSTP’s review of state records found that the centers had been cited for safety violations, but no allegations of fraud.

None of these facts matter, of course, because the point of Shirley’s video is to give cover to the administration’s attack on Minnesota for being a blue state and Somali immigrants for, well, being Somali immigrants.; 03-01-26 1:12 AM

TSLA's 3 tops: 414 in 11/2021 (then drops to 102); 488 in 12/2024 (then drops to 217); 498 12/22/2025. So a little less than a 20% gain over the last four years if you were holding, not trading.
