No, that’s not the flag of Somalis, t’s the new (since 2023, I think) state flag of Minnesota. There is no occupation of Minneapolis. The flooding of ICE has to do with the incompetence and cowardice of the governor, the major and city and state law enforcement who have refused crowd and traffic control to let Ice do their job.
