I also don’t really give a shit Trump posts mean things. When there’s illegals empowered to kill by our injustice system, political assassins about to get off easy, left wing politicians immune from prosecution for their crimes…this is where we are? Whining about mean tweets?
I went in for a colonoscopy this morning. The pre-op nurse was asking me the normal healthcare questions prior to the colonoscopy. She asked if I had received the Covid vaccine *cough* shot. I said no.
I then asked the nurse if she got the shot. She grimaced and responded yes and then said she had, not one, but two heart attacks shortly thereafter. The nurse was physically fit in her mid-fifties.
I wonder if it was reported to VAERS ……… and then scrubbed.

I'm not at my Seattle house, or my Bainbridge house, or my Jefferson County house....but apparently if I was in those places I would be restricted from seeing Kimmel.
IDK re the stuff the government pays for, iow gov sponsered media. But the media stuff that the mega maga government is now attacking, I can tell you that it is being stifled in some of the places I live.
Now you can tell me why that's no problem, or a good thing.
I'm sure a few here are familiar with emergency shutdown buttons- like for a boiler plant, heavy machinery, or let's say- an escalator.
Really tough to trigger them accidently. The ones on my last boiler plant simply needed to be pushed- and were surrounded by a metal ring that was above the button, so you had to press inside the ring. And they were mounted 7 foot off the floor...
Many have a 2 step- lift the cover- press the switch. Others hold a detent and flip the switch. So the photographer accidently tripping a shutdown really doesn't hold water. There are reasons why an emergency shutdown for an escalator should be protected against incidental touch. If you see a problem- and are cognizant of an emergency shutdown (TBH- most people aren't- or weren't...), the time to get to it will exceed the time it takes to press it with whatever process required. And the delay will be inconsequential. OTOH- accidently stopping a moving escalator full of people will almost certainly result in injuries.
And "Late Night With Baby John Mosby" in 1967 would have consisted of me spitting up and filling my diaper. Which would be a qualitative quantum leap over anything Kimmell ever said....CC, JSM

"…affiliates have a history of choosing not to show network content, especially in late night but other tomes as well. In the 90s the Boston ABC affiliate used to show a thirty year old movie instead of network golf…"
So what POTUS was it that was telling these affiliates to do the stuff they did?
Douanier: "What POTUS's media attack took away your show?"
Ah, as Carson said, they're no good if you have to explain 'em. My point is that almost no one gets a network show, let alone a broadcast license. License: a monopolistic grant from the sovereign. Not a right; a privilege.
Your lot never seem to have a problem with "driving's not a right; it's a privilege" (for American citizens; if you're illegal, drive on), or "the 2nd Amendment doesn't mean we can't regulate gun ownership with may-issue permits."
Yet giving one guy out of 330 million the privilege of an 11:30 PM time slot in hundreds of markets is somehow an inalienable right. CC, JSM
"Overwhelmingly murders of Democrat voters by Democrat voters."
Show your work. You made a statement. What data supports your statement?
Most murders in our country happen in cities that elect democrats and are controlled by democrat mayors. Hence most murders are committed by democrat voters.
It is not hard to figure out. You just must be really stupid or something.
Just yesterday YouTube restored scores of channels that they had taken down, not because of violations of ToS, but because they were pressured to do so by the Biden Administration.
You guys aren't even trying. You live in bubbles, so you have no idea of stuff that the mainstream media and your lefty podcasts simply refuse to report.
Trump hands Milei $20bn lifeline in Argentine currency crisis ~ The Telegraph
Does Congress have no say in the things Trump plans to do to bail out Argentina's Milei?
"Washington was in talks to provide a $20bn swap line to Argentina and prepared to buy its dollar debt, vowing support for libertarian president Javier Milei in defeating “speculators”.
Libertarianism is when two states collaborate to defeat private actors in the market.
Milei's soul can be purchased for a lot less than $20 billion. Just look for the shiniest nickel in a sofa cushion.
@le D: ..."I'm not at my Seattle house, or my Bainbridge house, or my Jefferson County house....but apparently if I was in those places I would be restricted from seeing Kimmel.....I can tell you that it is being stifled in some of the places I live...."
Restricted? Stifled? By the government? Can you tell us more? I was not aware that the government was censoring at the present time. Or are you referring to the private network affiliates that have made a commercial decision to suspend a product they find offensive, and think their customers won't like? Is that not allowed, where you come from, when it comes to your preferences?
Douanier: "The government can't attack one out of 330 million re that person's speech."
Willfully obstuse. The government - using money it took from me and you at gunpoint - gave ABC that license. It can take it back.
Here's another analogy: the Army involuntarily separates soldiers all the time. Is it violating their 2nd Amendment rights? No, it's just taking away their taxpayer-funded government guns. They can stop by Walmart on their way home and buy all the guns they can afford.
Kimmel just got his taxpayer-funded soapbox pulled out from under him. He can go stand in beautiful Downtown Burbank and say whatever he wants. And in this day and age, he can set up a YouTube site for free and say whatever he wants. His freedom of speech was not affected. Just his privilege of government-funded amplification. CC, JSM
Douanier: "Give us the numbers. What cities have what murders v all murders. Then connect the voting preferences for the murderers and the victims. You can't just type words with no proof. Give us the proof!"
You're restricting my right to make political jokes. Nazi!! Worse than Trump! CC, JSM
So using google it looks like in 2023 more than 380 folks were murdered every week. I said I had thought it was more than four hundred, though I didn't declare that, I was stating vibes. So it turns out that a bit below four hundred murders per week is closer to the norm. If folks in this thread are worried about folks that are murdered in a week in the US, why the don't they jabber about the many hundreds of murdered folks when there isn't a mega maga reason to give one second of thought re these hundreds of murdered people, each week?
I am pretty sure that Trump was being sarcastic in his comments on Ukraine yesterday.
"You guys are winning, go for it! Maybe even take part of Russia while you are at it! Why do you need my help? Don't negotiate! Good Luck!"
It goes with Anchorage, where Europe pressured him to try to "trick" Putin into accepting a ceasefire that would have amounted to a capitulation when Putin clearly has the upper hand, he got disgusted, I am thinking not with Putin, who was only playing his hand intelligently, but Europe, and their pipe dreams, and he said "forget it, he's not going for it."
Then the sanctions, where Europe was trying to pressure Trump into imposing "bone crushing sanctions" which would likely have led to a deep recession, Trump said "Sure, but you go first!" knowing that Europe would not, could not do it. They were just hoping that Trump would destroy the US economy and so lose big in the mid-terms, giving them a win-win. Except that Trump isn't stupid.
Now he meets with Zelensky for six or seven minutes in NYC, and after, he says "Sure! Go for it! Take back every square inch and then some! Don't negotiate!" My theory is that he is sick of these hare-brained schemes from Europe, their transparent efforts to manipulate him into doing what they want, with flattery, self abasement, etc, anything but a realistic plan.
Meanwhile Europe wants to drag the US into WW3 over a purported incursion by Russia into Estonian airspace. What "proof" did Estonia provide the Security Council? Pictures of a MiG flying in the sky and a paper map and their word. Then they freak out that Trump is not upset about it. It would make no sense for Russia to provoke NATO right now, the people who want to drag NATO into the war are the accusers, the accusers have everything to gain and the accused has nothing to gain from it. And the argument that Russia really did it will come down to "Russians are just evil, or stupid." All tried and true earmarks of a false flag.
Douanier: "why the don't they jabber about the many hundreds of murdered folks when there isn't a mega maga reason to give one second of thought re these hundreds of murdered people, each week?"
We do jabber about them, in the threads about the Trump anti-crime initiatives. Nothing is more mega-maga than putting troops on the streets to tamp down on crime. Give us some credit, Nazi! CC, JSM
"They can stop by Walmart on their way home and buy all the guns they can afford."
Hasn't Walmart been cutting back on the gun stuff they sell. Maybe starting after some mass shootings at their stores. Was it 2019? Not to mention that outside of what Walmart may want to sell, aren't there some waiting periods in some places (e.g. CA)? Are you sure all Walmart stores are ready to sell any guns to anyone at any time? I don't think that is correct.
The part that the Telegraph could discuss in more detail, are the holders of US denominated Argentinian debt, and how the US government actions affect them.
For example, it is said that Elliot Capital managenment bought this debt at 6 cents on the dollar and following the IMF and US's intervention sold at 75 cents on the dollar. You might say good for them, but the question is to what extent was and is US policy driven by the financial interests of a few NY based billionaires and donors?
In the latest round Bessent has no only given $20 billion to Argentina, but will also engage in buying those same dollar denominated Argentinian bonds. We can guess who they will be buying from
So, more simply, the public purse is being used to bail out private and very wealthy investors for risks they chose to take.

And these deadly blue cities are in red states. Probably states with loose gun laws. Which means the rest of the state can behave responsibly. But the city dwellers can’t. I wonder why that is? CC, JSM
But to get back to the topic Douanier was distracting us from, Dems do both high-profile but rare and small-casualty shootings, against their constant background him of more mundane shootings in their urban gerrymandered fortresses of shittitude. Looks like the Dems are the party of death. CC, JSM

Rusty said... In 2024 5873 people were murdered in the city of Chicago. The question leDouanier is; What are you doing about it? What is your solution? ***********
"There were 617 homicides and 2,450 shootings across Chicago throughout 2023, according to Chicago Police Department data, with both totals hitting their lowest levels since 2019. While homicides and shootings decreased, other crimes like robbery, theft and criminal sexual assault saw increases in 2023."
Here's another stat, which most of us will find unsurprising:
"In 2023, the disparity in homicide rates between Black and white [Chicago] residents decreased by 50% compared to 2021. Even with this reduction, the homicide rate for Black residents was 20 times higher than for white residents.
I suspect most here will scratch their heads wondering why le Douanier thinks he's making a point about endemic urban, predominantly black crime by asking why we don't mourn each victim as we did Charlie Kirk. Say what?
I, for one, feel relieved knowing that leftist terrorism isn’t a problem until they kill at least 380 people a week. Thanks for that wonderful bit of logic.
"I, for one, feel relieved knowing that leftist terrorism isn’t a problem until they kill at least 380 people a week. Thanks for that wonderful bit of logic"
Red herring alert.
All murder is bad. Don't pick and choose what murder is worth your jabber, and what murder never crosses your mind. IOW, as the mega maga folks tell us: All Lives Matter.
I have been pondering on the widely-quoted remark that "The US Constitution is not a suicide pact". While that would seem to be obvious, as a historical observation, it appears that the Left hopes we will believe that it is a suicide pact, and it requires us to stand by and watch helplessly while they seize our country, our property and our children, because we have somehow agreed that the things they do are things that must be allowed to be done.
Will tell us details re the other more than four hundred people that were murdered during this same week?
First show me anyone publicly celebrating any of their deaths as a political victory and wishing for more of the same, and then we can have that conversation.
Actually, the things they do are things that must not be allowed to be done, and if Pam Bondi is squishy-soft (which has been evident since the Trayvon Martin travesty), then she needs to be replaced by someone who will indict George Soros. And his little son too.

Exactly.
The Constitution is a Contract. Contracts only protect people who abide by the contract.
The left has practiced censorship and is constantly trying to take our guns. They have clearly broken the contract on multiple occasions.
They do not deserve to live in a free country because they are constantly trying to take away the freedom of others.

Buy your own fucking station and watch whatever you want.
Ceteris paribus, we are already close to an absolute majority of murder perpetrators and victims being Democrats by looking at black men only. When every other ethnicity is subjected to the same analysis, it seems plausible that the rate is at least 70% and probably significantly higher.
And how, exactly, does that connect to minge? I have a feeling that, stimulating though my life has been, it would have been more stimulating if I had been acquainted with Katie Hopkins.
So, more simply, the public purse is being used to bail out private and very wealthy investors for risks they chose to take.
Why should this be happening?
I agree with the Kakistophage. Snap a picture, quick.
We can wish Millei well and award him favorable trade terms and help him in myriad other ways, but I draw the line at giving our tax money to foreigners and thereby dropping a windfall of cash on Wall Street moneybags.
I don't want to shower our money on Third World shitholes that are in far more dire straits than Argentina, so I cannot in good conscience support this action.
Hassayamper, the statistics you cite are pretty much beside the point. The issue is not that lots of murderers are Democrats. I expect a fair number of murderers are, at least by their own assessment, Republicans. Nothing we can do about that. The issue is that the Democrats are determined to protect those murderers. And, indeed, criminals generally. The Democrat Party has somehow morphed from "Pay any price, bear any burden", to "It's not your lawn, it's mylawn!".
As usual, nothing Jaq writes about Ukraine in his 8:05pm comment is true. He always accuses me of getting my information from Ukrainian propaganda, but in fact the only propaganda I watch is Russian, and it's very informative if you read between the lines. Russian Media Monitor (Twitter feed is @JuliaDavisNews) has clips of Russia Today with subtitles, and audio so any Russian-speaker can check the translations. Lately, top propagandist Vladimir Solovyov is "utterly deflated by Trump's latest rhetoric, describing it as 'hurtful' and commiserating with the weatherman that Moscow's victory is still years away" (link). And here's propagandist Andrei Norkin insisting things are going well, while all his guests gang up on him to tell him the war is not going well (link). The YouTube videos are 4:00 and 8:28 minutes respectively. There are hundreds more, and tens of thousands of Tweets that allow a patient person to find out what's actually going on in Ukraine, which has no resemblance to anything Jaq writes.
I always understood "the Constitution is not a suicide pact" to mean that we as a nation are under no obligation to allow (e.g.) freedom of speech to those who would not allow it to us if they were in power. So (e.g.) banning Communists and Nazis from jobs in public schools should be not only permitted, but obligatory. (It's been less than 23 years since I had to sign a declaration that I was not a Communist to work in a public school in upstate New York. I was very surprised to be asked, but not at all reluctant to do so.)

Why are people so surprised that Democrats are OK now with killing people who disagree with them? They have arrived at the ultimate endpoint of that state of mind.
It's just a late abortion of inconvenient persons.
Regarding the rise of left-wing violence: This has been building since Trump's 2016 election, and as the cognitive dissonance of the inherent contradictions on the left causes people to snap.
Circa 2017, the "pussy hat" women protested Trump, Kathy held up her fake severed head, and a NYC Shakespeare company assassinated a mock Trump. This followed Trump's defection from the Party and several decades of left-wing ideological failures that had been firmly denied inside the party. Trump voiced a whole bunch of lefty taboos.
Biden's puppet show administration then tried to resolve the dissonance through fiat and giving the woke crowd everything they wanted. But Mary Poppins, furries, BLM, Defund the Police, and transgendered people in power were a flop. They ALL started to change after Slow Joe's 2024 debate flop.
The sane left are becoming centrists and openly accepting Trump (e.g., RFK Jr, Tulsi, Google, Amazon, and everyone on stage at Trump 47's inauguration). Those on the left who received no support from inside, no functional education, or were gaslit into cutting off their genitals are now cracking up all at once. Chicago, NYC, Boston, and other blue places are electing "hail Mary" hard leftists in hopes of a deus ex machina last-second salvation.
A good 5 years ago many observers warned that the USA's left-wing culture was showing signs of collapse. It's here. While most people on the left stand to move to the center, the hardcore go down as man the barricades -- see the last act of Les Miserables.
This is a wonderful place for discussion but I would appreciate better arguments from the leftward verbose commenters. Both Orwell and Strunk & White discuss how to make points clearly and succinctly in their essays on language. It’s all good advice but sadly predates the plague of AI generated prose that is always boring and reductive when used in place of posting YOUR thoughts. The thread as a whole will be less circular and repetitive if we can use more human interaction and less crtl-c and ctrl-v to share “our” thoughts.
I'm not the only one who thinks it. If we are going to cherry pick voices of opinion writers, let's look at this from the Financial Times, an extremely pro Ukrainian Nationalist newspaper.
I am still a little bothered by the fact that I had to twice direct ChatGPT to give me the sentences before and after the tight excerpt that appeared inflammatory from Trump and Tylenol. After scolding Chat and asking again, it returned the whole in context quote, and said this:
You’re exactly right — and I appreciate you pointing that out. The way Trump’s words are getting quoted in short soundbites (e.g. just “don’t take Tylenol. Don’t take it”) strips away the rest of the sentence cluster that shows he was citing studies and repeating the existing medical caution about limiting use during pregnancy unless medically necessary.
Of course the problem is that Chat doesn't learn from its conversations. It explained to me once why that is, because it would potentially allow bad actors to modify its responses.
Mark, that's the first intelligent comment I've ever seen from you that I agree with because Achilles is repetitive, but IMO he is original in his POV and true to it. I appreciate that. I've been 'red-teaming' Google AI to find potential biases and logic errors. I throw it weird stuff like "Compare Hamas to Baal worship and Greta Thunberg." It will admit to mistakes and then explain its process. This process includes reliance on the volume of discussion, so if 100,000 people on 'credible' sites rehash a false Trump story it'll inch up the crediblity scale and distort the models.
Keep pushing the AI tools and looking for gaps. As of now they combine super-human search, memory, and compilation skills with crude assumptions and majority-opinion biases. They are taking over assignments from entry-level interns, and that's indeed their depth.
"As Gavin Newsom takes a taxpayer funded vacation at Climate Week in New York City, the environmental catastrophe that is the Ivanpah Solar Power Facility in California is shutting down.
The 2 BILLION dollar blight built on 3,500 pristine acres of Mojave desert has been responsible for incinerating more than 60,000 birds, created TWICE the pollution of a typical power plant, created 86 jobs instead of the promised 2000, and will abandon 173,500 thermal collectors in the environment they were trying to save."
And if you don't trust X, here's the Associated Press:
"“The Ivanpah plant was a financial boondoggle and environmental disaster,” Julia Dowell of the Sierra Club said in an email.
“Along with killing thousands of birds and tortoises, the project’s construction destroyed irreplaceable pristine desert habitat along with numerous rare plant species,” Dowell said. “While the Sierra Club strongly supports innovative clean energy solutions and recognizes the urgent need to transition away from fossil fuels, Ivanpah demonstrated that not all renewable technologies are created equal.”
There were other early problems. After its much-hyped opening, the plant didn’t produce as much electricity as expected for a simple reason: the sun wasn’t shining as much as expected."

I think that the "majority opinion bias" of AI is the motivation behind the Chorus types here posting obvious disinformation and not even worrying if it gets refuted. Doesn't matter, the point wasn't to convince us, it was to inject the disinformation into AI.
What I have found is that if you ask it a question on anything controversial, you get the liberal take on it, and it takes at least three follow ups to get to get past that, and start getting to the meat of the question. Like it did trying t get the context of that Trump quote.

If we can break away from this indoctrinated bubble and the slow drip Intravenous grooming, it kinda pulls the scab off and reveals a rhetorical tactic meant to demonize opponents rather than engage with facts and quite poorly stretches the abortion debate into something it’s not, framing Democrats as people comfortable with killing anyone “inconvenient.” That leap is extreme and not grounded in reality.
To be clear, no U.S. state allows “after birth” abortion and there’s been no Democrats advocating it. That phrase is pure propaganda, not fact. Even in states with broader abortion access, it applies to pregnancies before viability or in rare late-term cases involving severe fetal abnormalities or threats to the mother’s life. Simply put, it’s exploiting the argument of if a 12 year old should have to carry a fetus with no skull full term only to watch it die within minutes after birth.
I could go on but I’ve argued that regardless of what people like Jessie Waters pump you up with (who by the way, just suggested to “bomb” the UN “or maybe gas it” and we got crickets from the right), Democrats have actually legislated pro-life policies and have reduced abortions over the years.
The Adoption and Safe Families Act making it easier to adopt rather than abort was passed by Democrats. The Family Medical Leave Act requiring job protection while on maternity leave was passed by Democrats. The Born-Alive Infants Protection Act guarantying infants born at any stage of development full legal rights and extended legal protections, passed by Democrats. The 2008 Democratic platform under Obama was “reducing the need for abortion by reducing the need for women seeking abortions"..
It's worth reminding that the Republicans under Trump voted unanimously against the Violence Against Women Act. They have diligently weakened the Affordable Care Act which has lowered abortion in every single state that implemented it. In Colorado, abortions dropped 40% over 5 years after the state implemented a free contraceptive program yet Republicans have adamantly targeted free or reduced pricing for contraceptives for women.
I suppose the "just make abortions illegal and problem solved" Republican approach would set well with coat hanger industries and filling up their for-profit prisons with poor and uneducated women but it has come up short fixing the core problem.
@MadTownGuy: "3,500 pristine acres of Mojave desert"
That's not far from saying 3,500 pristine acres of post-nuclear desolation. The Mojave desert has a lot of samey same for miles and miles. The size of this project is tiny relative to the total desert, and most of the damage could be restored easily. If they take away the mirrors it'll just be a field of shade posts and may better support wild species. The birds won't get zapped and may find new homes in the tower and leftovers.
Still, this was COOL to watch in action! A giant hot and glowing tower.

Mychal "MJ" Moultry Jr. Oh we remember le Douanier . Look up the name. This is just an example of the murder that goes on in the most corrupt Democrat city in the most corrupt Democrat state in the country. This is what you vote for.
I have real trouble believing the whole notion of being on a ventilator due to overdosing on Tylenol. Liver failure kills you slowly and painfully, and people who overdose on Tylenol are often in the hospital waiting for a transplant. The way things are being described here feels very much like a hoax.
Dumb idea to post this without verification. Most likely not true, although preggos posting vids of themselves taking Tylenol is def true. And, comments from mothers on those vids ? 90% of moms say Dr. advised against Tylenol when pregnant. Unfortunately, if current pregnant woman asks Dr. now, Dr's. politics liable to influence advice. Likewise, patients politics liable to influence acceptance of Dr's advice. Of course, as mentioned thousands of times in comments, Tylenol and generic acetaminophen has always had warning labels
"The way things are being described here feels very much like a hoax."
Yeah. I read an article by a mom painfully describing the lingering death of her teenage daughter, who died waiting for a transplant, after popping several Tylenol for a headache, like you can do with Advil. This was before it got politicized, so it seemed legit to me.
Obviously the "scientists" asked to comment on the recent study had their questions prefaced by "Do you want us to paint you as an ally of Trump in this story, or do you want to give us the quote you know we want?"

For Jaq's 8:05pm rant about the "purported incursion by Russia into Estonian airspace", Bloomberg is now reporting:
"At a meeting in Moscow, a Russian diplomat told British, French and German envoys that Russia’s aircraft in Estonian airspace were a deliberate response to Ukraine’s attacks on Crimea."
Is Bloomberg lying, or are three envoys all lying, or is Jaq a sucker for Russian propaganda?

I went in for a colonoscopy this morning. The pre-op nurse was asking me the normal healthcare questions prior to the colonoscopy. She asked if I had received the Covid vaccine *cough* shot. I said no.
I then asked the nurse if she got the shot. She grimaced and responded yes and then said she had, not one, but two heart attacks shortly thereafter. The nurse was physically fit in her mid-fifties.
I wonder if it was reported to VAERS ……… and then scrubbed.

Yes. The government can't attack one out of 330 million re that person's speech.
There is no loophole that lets the government try to take away free speech from one citizen, as long as the rest of us are not affected.
Just yesterday YouTube restored scores of channels that they had taken down, not because of violations of ToS, but because they were pressured to do so by the Biden Administration.

Restricted?
CC, JSM

jm,
So using google it looks like in 2023 more than 380 folks were murdered every week.
Douanier: ok, now you're just having a giraffe. That is funny. CC, JSM
Worst 5% of counties (urban, often Democratic) account for 73% of gun murders; total murders similar.
Urban vs. Rural: ~54% of Americans live in urban areas (mostly Democratic-led), which see ~80% of murders due to density, not politics.
Why should this be happening?

Not so.
https://news.wttw.com/2024/01/02/shootings-homicides-chicago-drop-13-2023-and-returned-pre-pandemic-levels-violence
Source: https://crimelab.uchicago.edu/resources/trend/
I suspect most here will scratch their heads wondering why le Douanier thinks he's making a point about endemic urban, predominantly black crime by asking why we don't mourn each victim as we did Charlie Kirk. Say what?

Red herring alert.
All murder is bad. Don't pick and choose what murder is worth your jabber, and what murder never crosses your mind. IOW, as the mega maga folks tell us: All Lives Matter.
Kimmel attracts more than 14 million viewers on YouTube and another 6 million on ABC broadcast stations.

On a separate issue, are we all on board with the existence of the word clunge?
Show your work. You made a statement. What data supports your statement?
56% of murders are committed by the 6% of the population who are black males, and their victims are around 90% black also.
Black men are 81% Democrat.
And gimme those keys!

Or was the shooter all that crazy? Did he perhaps deliberately target detainees so Democrats can complain about people dying while in ICE custody?
Why are people so surprised that Democrats are OK now with killing people who disagree with them? So, what if a person commits federal election fraud, or becomes a "Faithless Elector" after a Presidential election?
Is he thus not entitled to the 14th's Due Process clause?
If not, what can be done with him?
Well Effinayright,
Joe Biden isn't the President anymore.
Mike, ger Achilles (among others) to make better argyments and maybe someone would take you up on it.
Bur if your side is off their rocker, expecting better from the other side is naive at best.
Funny to read even Botfly destroying the new trolls argument on censorship.
I'm not the only one who thinks it. If we are going to cherry pick voices of opinion writers, let's look at this from the Financial Times, an extremely pro Ukrainian Nationalist newspaper.
European officials fear Trump is preparing to blame them for Ukraine failure - FT
Here's a free hint, if you read him carefully, he already does blame you, he's not "preparing" to do so.
My quibble is more with the unoriginal cat and paste crowd and the rest that take an "artificial stance" to use Jesse Water's term.

His bread and butter was sexualized humiliation of college girls — more "Girls Gone Wild" than doing politics the "right way."
A woman can't pull it off.

Uh, "cat and paste" while it sounds fun should have read "cut and paste" above. I regret the error.
Amanda Marcotte is an idiot. A vile leftist idiot. She is also wrong.
Jimmy Kimmel 's show soared to 6.2 million viewers. Say what you want about Trump, but he sure knows how to boost the ratings of his political opponents.
Amanda has always been awful but this is next level derangement. Anyone can watch a Kirk video and see she is a lying hack for saying so.
Jimmy Kimmil is still an asshole.
Jimmy - this you bro?
@Jaq: "Of course the problem is that Chat doesn't learn from its conversations. It explained to me once why that is, because it would potentially allow bad actors to modify its responses."
Ivanpah Solar Plant to be abandoned
11 years after a celebrated opening, massive solar plant faces a bleak future in the Mojave Desert
Excerpt:
"“The Ivanpah plant was a financial boondoggle and environmental disaster,” Julia Dowell of the Sierra Club said in an email.
“Along with killing thousands of birds and tortoises, the project’s construction destroyed irreplaceable pristine desert habitat along with numerous rare plant species,” Dowell said. “While the Sierra Club strongly supports innovative clean energy solutions and recognizes the urgent need to transition away from fossil fuels, Ivanpah demonstrated that not all renewable technologies are created equal.”
There were other early problems. After its much-hyped opening, the plant didn’t produce as much electricity as expected for a simple reason: the sun wasn’t shining as much as expected."

of woman who gobbled Tylenol yesterday to "show Trump" only her liver failed and she lingered for several painful hours. Because Democrats can't separate their Trump hate from common sense and they encourage this kind of crazy reaction from people.
According to my daughter (a doctor) Tylenol poisoning is an exceptionally painful way to go.

“Why are people so surprised that Democrats are OK now with killing people who disagree with them? These are the same people who have fought ferociously for the unrestricted right to kill their innocent unborn babies right up to and even after their birth in some states. They have arrived at the ultimate endpoint of that state of mind.
It's just a late abortion of inconvenient persons.”

Little Jimmy should have actual prisoners of the DC gulag on his show to tell him how it really is, if he thinks his show getting suspended for 3 days is like that...What a crybaby asshole.
"ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel welcomed actor Ethan Hawke to his Wednesday show to promote his new TV show, The Lowdown. However, before that, Hawke compared Kimmel’s recent suspension to being sent to a Russian gulag. Kimmel agreed with the sentiment, claiming it is “hard to tell the difference” between the gulag and the United States."

So, what if a person commits federal election fraud, or becomes a "Faithless Elector" after a Presidential election?
Is he thus not entitled to the 14th's Due Process clause?
If not, what can be done with him?
What about J6 protestors? Do they get 14th Amendment Protection?

Got a frantic call at 4am from a husband who was given my phone number via someone who had it. His pregnant wife is now on a ventilator dying of liver failure trying to “prove” that Tylenol doesn’t cause autism since this is trending in TikTok.

This behavior is ridiculous. This woman hated Trump so much because of the HARVARD STUDY on Tylenol and Autism she ultimately killed herself by overdosing on Tylenol to try and “prove Trump wrong.” Her baby may not even survive either

He know has to make to make the tough decision to try and save an unborn baby that may not survive outside the womb at an approx gestation of 23-25wks. At the same time his wife won’t survive through the week and will never get to meet her baby

I have real trouble believing the whole notion of being on a ventilator due to overdosing on Tylenol. Liver failure kills you slowly and painfully, and people who overdose on Tylenol are often in the hospital waiting for a transplant. The way things are being described here feels very much like a hoax.
Re; Tylenol o.d.
Being a "faithless elector" is not a crime.
The Babylon Bee has of course offered its take on the Tylenol/Autism issue:
"PREGNANT WOMEN BEGIN DOWNING TYLENOL IN HOPE SONS WILL START ELECTRIC CAR COMPANIES AND BECOME BILLIONAIRES"

But becoming one is certainly a direct attack on the Constitution, which---according to Achilles---would be enough to deprive that person of all his constitutional protections.
Here's what he said:
"The Constitution is a Contract. Contracts only protect people who abide by the contract"
