With inflammatory responses and overwhelming the immune system, the probability of injury and suboptimal training is progressive. That, and vaccines, and jabs (i.e. non-sterilizing injections), are part of a risk management protocol. Proceed accordingly.
He probably shouldn't have said that. It'll work the MSM into a tizzy and then RFK will have a clot of explaining to do.
He gives material to his adversaries. He didn't need to say "It's too much liquid." Now that will go down on the lists of absurd things Trump has said like "they're eating the pets."
Additionally, with mRNA, there is the risk of persistent damage, particularly with fragments that migrate to unsanctioned areas of the body where they have undesirable, unpredictable effects.
Trump is a man who is never afraid of making a global display of his ignorance and inability to reason.
This is classic, textbook case of a substitute of causation for correlation. A grade school mistake taught in beginner's statistics. The fact that these "experts" are unable to separate them is an indictment of the professionalism of these clowns.

Given the downside, isn't it *too risky* for pregnant women to take Tylenol? Isn't aspirin good enough.
I know that most women don't drink alcohol when they know they are pregnant even though it was a different standard 50-60 years ago.

A recent CDC protocol called for a new-borns to be injected with the RSV vaccines within six hours. And the manufacturer specifically sought approval of the RSV vaccine for new borns. Yet the manufacturer warned that the vaccine should not be adminsitered to anyone with a history of anaphylaxis in reaction to any of the vaccine components. Well, a newborn wouldn't have such a history so I guess it's perfectly safe to use the vaccine on them. And after all, Trump is always the story, not some unfortunate newborn, so I guess TDS is a sort of vaccine for the vaccine makers.

So first off, no study has shown that Tylenol use in pregnancy causes autism in children.
In fact, I listened to an interesting conversation with an epidemiologist who was lead author on a study that RFK Jr actually cited multiple times in this press conference because he did find a positive correlation between Tylenol use in pregnancy and autism. And he actually warned very explicitly against drawing any sort of causal conclusions here.
He brought up the example of rising ice cream sales and rising violent crime in the summertime. And he said that it would be a mistake to assume that ice cream sales are causing violent crime, that actually the thing that's causing both of those things is the heat. So it would be a mistake to assume that Tylenol use during pregnancy is actually causing autism when there might be other underlying things at play, like what underlying health issues does the mother have?
What are her genetics? Why is she actually taking Tylenol repeatedly over the course of her pregnancy? Is it to treat multiple fevers?
These are the sort of questions that researchers need to be asking to actually tease apart cause and effect in these studies.

Hey lets all take medical advice from Kak.
Autism has shot up to unacceptable levels in children. - and we need to figure out why.
If refraining from taking acetaminophen during pregnancy helps - why not.
The left are spinning this like there are no other options for pain or fever.
Diagnosis has increased, not necessarily the incidence of autism which is, incidentally, a neurological difference rather than a sickness.
Trump has medical degrees and has been conducting peer reviewed research ??? Who knew?
Next he comes for aspirin. And I did not speak up, for I did not have a headache.

About 10 days ago my wife and I both received the first shot of the 2 dosage Shingrix vaccine for shingles. Its a pretty nasty shot that sets you back for a couple of days. Two days later my wife had a painful rash across the left side of her stomach around to her back which turned out to be shingles. Our family doctor had never seen shingles activated by Shingrix but this was the 3rd case seen by an internist we go to in NY. Neither of our doctors have reported this situation. I have a feeling this happens more frequently than the 0.10% of cases that are reported. She was given Valtrex but we probably caught it a bit too late and she has been in a lot of pain and for a while had to take codeine over night. I reported the situation to the manufacturer of the vaccine and received an acknowledgement but there has been no further investigation by them. My impression is that they really don't want to hear about it!! This is just to remind people that all vaccines carry a risk. In this case we would probably have received the shot even if we knew of this risk. I am not so sure about the Covid vaccine - the real risks are just starting to emerge and its not a pretty picture. That is why all vaccines need to be properly evaluated before they are generally made available.
wow, so .. coherent
Lately, have you noticed lots of adults with what look like kiddy bandaids over what appears a site on their upper arm?
As if to say the risk of the injection is a germ entering the body topically, not whatever has been injected into the musculature/blood stream.
Because putting a bandaid on the back of your latex glove in a hospital setting before putting it on a patient isn't a source of contamination?
He gives material to his adversaries.

“Given the downside, isn't it *too risky* for pregnant women to take Tylenol? Isn't aspirin good enough.”
Aspirin as well as other anti-inflammatories are contraindicated for pregnant women, due to fetal kidney problems and heart defects. Also the risk for miscarriage is increased.
Trump is pronouncing "acetaminophen" the right way. ~ Ezra Klein
Actually the correct pronunciation of “acetaminophen” is “Ep-stein-Files”.
My niece has a 1.5 yr old, is a nurse, and used her knowledge and skills to adjust the vaccine schedule for her child. This involves eliminating, pushing out in time, de-coupling, reducing dose, etc. of the various vaccines. Just the kind of thing the CDC should have done long before now.

“This involves eliminating, pushing out in time, de-coupling, reducing dose, etc. of the various vaccines.”
I don’t know about reducing the dose and still being effective. Decoupling of the MMR isn’t done in the US, as the licensing is for measles, mumps and rubella together in one shot.
“In the U.S., the individual components of the MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccine are not available as separate shots for routine immunization. Instead, the vaccine is offered as a single, combined injection.”
“Single-antigen mumps, measles, and rubella vaccines were developed and licensed in the US but are no longer manufactured or available.”
Maybe Trump’s CDC can get on top of this and make the single antigen shots available.
Already I'm seeing insane people in my feeds, going on and on about Trump this and trump that and AUTISM FOREVER!!! As if it's a sports team or a school cheer. People screaming from the tops of their lungs that correlation is not causation. Well duh. But these people are not statisticians just idiots with a vocabulary. If trump said there was a link between prenatal alcohol consumption and encephalitis (encephalopathy), people would go nuts! And pregnant liberal women would START drinking more while screaming CORRELATION DOES NOT EQUAL CAUSATION!! What is wrong with an ABUNDANCE of caution? If there may be a link between acetaminophen, and autism (traditional autism not my child is quirky autism). Why not exercise caution? It's only for 9 months for Pete's sake.
Autism isn't just a "difference". Some parts of the spectrum can seem like a personality thing, but even a mild case of what used to be called Aspergers can be socially/professionally debilitating in many ways. And severe Autism cases are also up.
It is not just down to diagnoses. It may be due to the increase in parental age, but we don't know that, there aren't proper studies of that either. It seems that the medical industry (anywhere) just hasn't taken Autism seriously.
There are major differences between the US and other developed countries, and it does not seem that this is being looked into either.
"Correlation doesn't mean causation!!11!1!!!"

Dang. More bad news for corrupt democratics.

I haven't paid close attention to autism studies for awhile, in large part because it is a very messy field with a lot of conflicting data and no clear smoking guns. On top of that, the diagnostic criteria are somewhat more flexible than they are for many conditions.
That said, the last time I did look into it, my recollection is that of all the various signals in the data, parental age—especially paternal age—was the most significant. Of course, we must not do anything to promote having children in one's twenties rather than in one's forties. That would be right out of The Handmaid's Tale.
If it is at least in part due to paternal age, that would totally invert "Handmaids Tale", no? Young mens semen (or of likely lads anyway) would be a valuable commodity.
I don't know what my mother was taking when she was pregnant with me. However, I do know one thing with... metaphysical certitude, that my mother is a pill popping partisan.
"Young mens semen (or of likely lads anyway) would be a valuable commodity."
Doubly so if unvaxxed.
I've noticed a correlation between Trump talking about anything and TDS.
Autism in children is evidenced in classrooms in elementary school, from my exposure anyways.
Have first-hand experience giving reading, math, writing lessons as support personnel. Many times, they are the smartest one in a class, ( not always, but oftentimes. ) But they cannot focus, have problems regulating their emotions/ reactions, in 4th grade but behavior is more akin to preschool during escalations. Come back after lunch and nurse visit for their meds, a little "off." So sad to see.
Trump also - oddly - questioned why infants get the hepatitis B shot at birth. He seems to think - incorrectly - that hepatitis B is ONLY sexually transmitted to babies. And so, he suggested that children should not receive the vaccine until they were 12 years old, which raises another question in his logic. But more to the point hepatitis B can be passed from infected mothers to their babies so it’s important for all babies to be vaccinated in case the mother doesn’t know that she has this virus in her blood. Hepatitis B can also survive for 7 days outside of the body on things such as playground equipment, a water bottle, a school desk and many other surfaces. If infected at a young age kids are more likely to go undiagnosed and become a chronic carrier of the virus, which can lead to liver disease and cancer. That is why the vaccine is important to give at birth.
Trump also kept saying not to give babies Tylenol. What is the rational? Is he saying that Tylenol given to babies also causes autism? Based on what?

Trump’s announcement on autism was the saddest display of a lack of evidence, rumors, recycling old myths, outright lies, and dangerous advice I have ever witnessed by anyone in authority in the world claiming to know anything about science.
Can someone please tell me the great harm that will come to society if this assumption is wrong? The administration is not banning acetaminophen they are simply advising women to avoid using it during pregnancy. Is the hysteria on display regarding this proposal a little over done?
Hepatitis B is a blood borne pathogen. A woman should be tested before or after conceiving her child, and blood should be tested before transfusions. This is a high risk, but low threat disease that does not require general vaccination.
Yes, the information published concerning acetaminophen administration to a woman during pregnancy is advisory, not mandated. There is a risk to her child that should be known and an alternative pain mitigation strategy can be followed.
Trump is creating control cohort for future cogitation.
Thank you on this important matter
“A woman should be tested before or after conceiving her child, and blood should be tested before transfusions.”
A woman can contract HepB during pregnancy and infect her baby during birth.
“This is a high risk, but low threat disease that does not require general vaccination”.
Low threat disease to babies?
“High Risk of Chronic Infection in Infancy: Unlike adults, most infants infected with hepatitis B will develop a chronic infection, leading to serious liver disease later in life.”

In theory you are correct. But the press conference was not presented as an assumption.
The FDA yesterday put out a memo that was more measured:
"In recent years, evidence has accumulated SUGGESTING that the use of acetaminophen by pregnant women MAY be associated with an increased risk of neurological conditions..."
"To be clear, while an association between acetaminophen and autism has been described in many studies, a causal relationship has NOT been established and there are contrary studies in the scientific literature."
I think many would have appreciated that from the President rather than "Taking Tylenol is not good — I'll say it: It's not good."
What a mess of a reminder of how Trump botched the Covid response.
Achilles
Do you think the hep b vaccine is administered before birth?
LOL. No. The first dose of the hepatitis B (HepB) vaccine is typically given to newborns within 12 to 24 hours of birth. If a newborn’s birth parent has hepatitis B, they should receive the vaccine within 12 hours following birth. This is for the American Academy of Pediatrics.
"Newborns can acquire hepatitis B at birth if the mother is infected with the hepatitis B virus. Administering a hepatitis B vaccine within 24 hours of birth, known as a birth dose, is highly effective in preventing infection in newborns."
If the increase in autism is due in part to a redefinition of the spectrum shouldn't we be able to quantify what part of the increase is due to the redefinition? And then shouldn't we look into the incentives that are causing that redefinition?
“Do you think the hep b vaccine is administered before birth?”
No.
“A mother infected with the hepatitis B virus (HBV) can transmit the virus to her baby during birth, a process called perinatal transmission. This is a serious risk because infants who are not protected with Hepatitis B Immune Globulin (HBIG) and the Hepatitis B (HBV) vaccine within 12 hours of birth have a high chance (about 90%) of developing chronic hepatitis B. However, timely administration of the HBIG and the first HBV vaccine dose is highly effective in preventing this transmission and protecting the baby from a lifetime of chronic infection and potential liver disease.”
So why is the hepatitis b vaccine administered as part of standard protocol between 6-18 months? It lasts for 10ish years. Sexually transmitted…
Are we just assuming all mothers have hep b?
My favorite part of Covid abatement/regulation was the darling little arrows on the grocery store floors.

“So why is the hepatitis b vaccine administered as part of standard protocol between 6-18 months? It lasts for 10ish years.”
Immunity lasts a lifetime.
“The Hepatitis B vaccination series completed in childhood generally provides lifelong protection against the Hepatitis B virus, and booster doses are typically not needed for most individuals.”
Standard Hepatitis B Vaccination Schedule for Infants
First Dose: At birth.
Second Dose: At 1-2 months of age.
Third Dose: Between 6 and 18 months of age.
So is there a reason that hep b couldn’t be done in the teens?
“Are we just assuming all mothers have hep b?”
“Maternal status may be unknown: Not all mothers are tested for Hepatitis B during pregnancy, or their tests may come back as false negatives, especially for recent infections.
Risk of household transmission: Even when the mother isn't infected, newborns can still get the virus from other family members in their household who are chronic carriers.”
Strange how Achilles accepts the dangers of taking Tylenol during pregnancy, yet seems to be ok with risking an infant’s exposure to HepB which also has a lifelong adverse effect.
They made a similar claim about HIV, but most women do not get penetrated through the back... black hole... whore h/t NAACP at the intersection of racism and sexism. And most men are not transgender. Both sexes do not generally indulge in liberal social club nor receive blood transfusions. Evaluate risk and proceed rationally.
“So is there a reason that hep b couldn’t be done in the teens?”
“Vulnerability of infants: Babies have an underdeveloped immune system, making them much more likely to develop a chronic, long-term infection (90% of the time) compared to adults.”
A HepB vaccine can be given any time in a person’s life, but until then the person, especially if it’s a child takes a risk of contracting Hep B. It’s not just a sexually transmitted disease.
The risk of a woman being infected, pregnant, and the virus remaining undetected is low. As with all drugs, vaccines are part of a risk management protocol and should be administered with a rational mind.
I thought it was hilarious how Trump tried to say the word acetaminophen. I think it was probably the first time he had ever seen the word in print.

“Key Differences with Hepatitis B and HIV Transmission
Hepatitis B: The Hepatitis B virus (HBV) can survive outside the body for a longer period than HIV. HBV can be transmitted through contact with blood on broken skin.
HIV: While HIV can be transmitted through broken skin, the virus is less resilient outside the body. The risk of transmission through a superficial scratch is considered negligible, especially if there is no significant blood exchange.”

“Vaccines and other drugs should be generally considered discretionary”
A mother of a newborn can refuse the HepB vaccination for her infant. It’s not mandatory.
So, Hepatitis B vaccines with boosters should be advertised with disclosure of risk cohorts, effectiveness, and side-effects, and viable alternative strategies. There is no present controversy.
As with sexually transmitted diseases, and AIDS, Covid-19, etc, Hepatitis B vaccine recommendations should be done with behavioral assessments.
Ya know, when Trump says something stupid, it gets some people looking for the facts to prove what an idiot he is.
Too much liquid is pretty dumb. But, there seems to be quite a bit of shots for kids by age 12.
Surprised me.
Newborn vaccines
Hepatitis B (HepB) within 24 hours of birth. This is the first dose in a three-dose series.
RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) antibody within one week of birth. This only happens if your baby is born during RSV season (typically October to March) AND you didn’t receive the RSV vaccine while pregnant. If it’s not yet RSV season, your baby can wait until just before the season starts for this immunization.
RSV antibody technically isn’t a vaccine, as it provides ready-made protection. This makes it different from a vaccine, which trains your baby’s immune system to create antibodies. So, providers call it an immunization. But most people use the words interchangeably.
2-month vaccines
HepB, dose two.
Rotavirus, dose one.
Diphtheria, tetanus and acellular pertussis (DTaP), dose one.
Haemophilus influenza type B (Hib), dose one.
Pneumococcal conjugate (PCV), dose one.
Inactivated poliovirus (IPV), dose one.
4-month vaccines
Rotavirus, dose two.
DTaP, dose two.
Hib, dose two.
PCV, dose two.
IPV, dose two.
6-month vaccines
HepB, dose three.
Rotavirus, dose three — only if doing the three-dose series.
DTaP, dose three.
Hib, dose three — only if doing the four-dose series.
PCV, dose three.
IPV, dose three.
Flu vaccine.
COVID-19 vaccine.
12-month vaccines
Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), dose one.
Hepatitis A (HepA), dose one.
PCV, dose four.
15-month vaccines
Varicella (VAR), dose one.
DTaP, dose four.
Hib, final dose — this will be dose three or four depending on the series.
18-month vaccines
HepA, dose two.
Vaccines for 4-year-olds
DTaP, dose five.
IPV, dose four.
MMR, dose two.
VAR, dose two.
Your child can have these vaccines starting at age 4 but a little later is OK, too — up until their 6th birthday. Your pediatrician can advise you on appropriate timing and help make sure your child gets all the vaccines they need before turning 6.
Vaccines for 11- to 12-year-olds
Tetanus, diphtheria and acellular pertussis (Tdap), dose one (one dose in childhood, but every 10 years for life).
Human papillomavirus (HPV), dose one and dose two, separated by at least five months. Your child can begin this series prior to their 11th birthday — starting at age 9.
Meningococcal (MenACWY), dose one.

If fewer pregnant women take Tylenol, and the incidence of autism drops, that would be evidence.
But contrary to Kaka's assertion that there are NO studies:
Published in PMC (PubMed Central):
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9385573/
The study states: "We found collective evidence from thousands of participants in 13 studies that acetaminophen use during pregnancy is associated with several neurodevelopment disorders, including ASD [ Autism Spectrum Disorder] and ADHD"
This systematic review analyzed data from prospective, longitudinal, and population-based cohort studies to examine the role of acetaminophen in neurodevelopmental disorders. The authors noted that all the studies they analyzed showed similar results regarding the association."
---AI Claude
The study has been challenged---all the more reason to continue studying the purported association and causation.
But RFK Jr. didn't wave a magic wand and make his policy up from nothing.
I thought it was hilarious how Trump tried to say the word acetaminophen. I think it was probably the first time he had ever seen the word in print.
…meanwhile the other two candidates- one was locked off the ballot because he forgot what words are and his replacement has never one a battle with a complete sentence. The asymmetry will never end…
Big Pharma wants to sell their products to hospitals. Hospital administrators want to maximize billable services and procedures, and minimize screening of patients to determine whether services and procedures are actually needed by said patient.
The HepB vax is given to all babies because hospitals don't screen pregnant mothers arriving at their facility to determine whether they fit high-risk profile for HepB infection. Women are not tested for HepB. It's presumed all pregnant women have undetected HepB infection, which is ridiculous, but CWA cost-effective. So every newborn gets HepB shot; that's an amoral business decision.

Ask enough questions you draw the stupidity out.
So near 100% of pregnant women in the US are tested for Hepatitus b. Of the 3.6 million pregnant women tested 25,000 have a positive Hepatitus B test.
Apparently ~.28% of women in the US have Hepatitus B which is overwhelmingly sexually transmitted. If the mother is not infected with Hepatitus B the only way the child gets it is through sex.
Pretty safe to say that money could save more lives spent somewhere else.
behold - The party of insane mental illness
Yah we all knew there’d be Tylenol parties. Leftie women would rather endanger their child than not oppose Trump. Quelle suprise. What happens if the directive is proven correct?
“Ask enough questions you draw the stupidity out.”
As I said earlier, a woman can become infected from the time of her first Hep B test early in pregnancy until the birth of her child. Do you think a HepB test at the beginning of a pregnancy guarantees a woman wont become infected in month 8 or 9? You’re not as smart as you like to pretend. You proved it today.
It’s truly bizarre to see a person jump head first into the NO TYLENOL! swimming pool, with studies that have confounding info, while arguing against the HepB vaccine for newborns with all the evidence based medical knowledge about the dangers of an infant getting hepatitis and a high probability that the child will have liver damage for the rest of his life.
Don’t dumb yourselves down to be good Trump followers
Someday I'd love for Trump to come out and say it's harmful to put a plastic bag over your head. Don't do it.
“ A mother of a newborn can refuse the HepB vaccination for her infant. It’s not mandatory.”
But the mother’s insurance company will be charged for it whether they get it or not. And it will not show up on the regular detailed bill. My son had a kid and we demanded a full printout and there were things like acetaminophen on the bill that were never administered, they said that they were charged because they were available if needed. Ha.
“If the mother is not infected with Hepatitus B the only way the child gets it is through sex.”
Wrong again
“Children and teenagers can get HBV through:
birth, if their mother has an active HBV infection
sharing needles
getting a piercing or tattoo with equipment that is not sterile or free of germs

effeniright - these are the same people who - when Trump was near the end of his 4 years of the 'dency - and covid hit - the left screamed they would not be taking "Trump's vaccine"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like no way!
(set aside the roaring stupidity as we are 100% certain Trump isn't in the lab with the Fauci dogs - running nasty cruel experiments.... and building mass vaccines in those labs)
Inag - he isn't wrong - you're just adding more reasons people get the virus. Dummy.
Everything with leftists is "But TRUMP!"
It's a sickness.
Imagine taking your little girl to get her ears pierced and the equipment hasn’t been sterilized properly? Years ago, as a young woman, I went to get a second piercing in my earlobes. A couple days later both of my new piercings had gotten the herpes simplex virus and my ears were a mess. Took a long time to heal and back then there were no anti-viral meds.
Just think what if the virus on the dirty equipment was HepB instead of herpes simplex.
hhmm -
why is it that the only way to get ears pierced is thru some a piercing pagoda at the mall or a tattoo parlor?
should be at the doctor.
Too long, too repetitive..and dick stepping with bringing up the rushed, experimental jab.

*********
Was that around the 10th time you went in for an abortion, or only the 9th?

“Ask enough questions you draw the stupidity out.”
As I said earlier, a woman can become infected from the time of her first Hep B test early in pregnancy until the birth of her child. Do you think a HepB test at the beginning of a pregnancy guarantees a woman wont become infected in month 8 or 9? You’re not as smart as you like to pretend. You proved it today.
You are such a retard.
Nearly every pregnant woman in the US is tested for hepatitis B. .28% come back positive.
In order to catch Hepatitus B from an ear piercing you would have to get your ear pierced within minutes/hours of an infected person and blood would be visible on the equipment. If you have an 8 year old girl and you take her to a pierce shop that is chain piercing people who contract sexually transmitted diseases with dirty tools you are a piece of shit parent. If you are letting your kids share drug needles your kids will have bigger problems than Hep B.
We are feeding the insurance and drug companies billions of dollars that could save far more lives doing almost anything else.
You people are just deranged and dumb.
They're eating the Tylenols ~ Trump
Could releasing the Epstein files cause autism?
I see the progressives are going with the same playbook they used to discredit Ivermectin.
As I said, THREE TIMES NOW…
WOMEN ARE NOT TESTED FOR HepB from the time they’ve been tested in early pregnancy until just before birth. Women who come in to deliver are not routinely tested for Hep B, yet you keep repeating how every woman is tested, which is in early pregnancy.
As for contracting HepB from dirty needles or piercing equipment, you just claim what you think is true. Piercings are one of the ways Hep B is spread, you stupid person.

Achilles is an extremist who has extreme ideas about many things apparently, I’d caution against his medical arguments and rational, they are not based on evidence.
He is a partisan, as much as he would like to deny that, it’s evident in the lengths he would go to prop up Trump, even when Trump goes in front of the world and repeats 20 times “don’t take Tylenol when pregnant and don’t give babies Tylenol!” making himself look like an idiot, sort of like Achilles.
Today Dr. Oz came out with this…making Trump look like an old man who didn’t know what he was talking about. Achilles is a younger man who doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
Dr. Oz Splits from Trump on Tylenol After Autism Tirade
“Was that around the 10th time you went in for an abortion, or only the 9th?”
And then you have the other dumbasses…
I had four pregnancies and four births. I never had an abortion, nor did I ever seek one. Are you so stupid and twisted as to think every woman on the left doesn’t want or have children and had had multiple abortions? My God, you people are nuts.
