In context, it is clear Trump was referring to the uproar that would ensure if he called himself "Trump Tha God," not the legality of him doing so.
Based on his comment, it appears the first thing he thought about was the inappropriateness of Charlamagne “The God” using "God" to describe himself.

Turns out the ridden hard and put up wet has been in our vernacular for some time. Looked it up the other day, and it shouldn’t have surprised me. It means you rode the horse hard, probably to a sweat, then didn’t brush him down afterwards. It’s one of those things beaten into you if you grow up with horses. Why would one assume there's a list? Incriminating lists are the stuff of detective fiction, not real police investigations. Successful villains are clever, consequently they rely on memory exclusively, if feasible. The Mafia exists and even thrives today because good fellas don't take notes. Occasionally we find a psychopath with a compulsion to keep a diary, his manifesto, if you will. But that's not usual. Most of the worst serial killers did no such thing. Jeffrey Epstein may have been a psychopath, but that will remain a mere speculation. No one intellectually equipped to make that determination ever interviewed him.
