That may be the least out-of-context thing Rupar has ever posted.
Since Cheri Jacobus is a crazed and loony anti-trumper I enjoy seeing her taunted. She consistently places high in the Ruthless Podcast competition "Hack of the Week" because of her unhinged takes on current events involving Trump. This Xeet is a rather anodyne sample of her capabilities, but scratch a little more and you'll see the craziness to which I'm referring.

I'm not a doctor but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. As Cheri points out Trump has apparently been able to do everything he's done since January 20th with just one good hand. Cheri can only imagine where we would be if he had two good hands. Probably would have cured cancer by now.

I have edema as an effect of my heart condition (cardiomyopathy). I take meds for it. There are worse ways for edema to manifest. Trump seems to be in better shape than I am and I'm a lot younger.
