He did what no one would ever believe possible when he forced Disney’s ABC to admit it lied about him, He collected legal fees and a $15 million donation to the Trump Presidential Library. He also collected $16 million for the library from CBS for making Kamala Harris sound intelligent in a heavily edited 60 Minutes story. You’re gonna need a bigger library. Trump forced NBC to give him equal time for Kamala’s appearance on Saturday Night Live. His time was on Sunday Night Football, which has 10 times the audience.

Obama could probably convince a DC jury that while certain stories were discredited there was enough of a possibility that other rumors had substance to justify an investigation. I don't think his case would go to trial. Putting past leaders on trial is bad optics and a bad sign, even if they deserve it.
I'd feel more confident about this if we learned what Epstein had been up to. It's possible that there's no big secret there, but until we find out, it's more of a story than Russiagate -- or at least the unsolved mysteries of Epstein cast big shade on the "worst scandal in history" rhetoric.
That's not to say that Brennan, Comey and the other co-conspirators shouldn't be put on trial.

His associations with Epstein were all before Epstein was known to be a pedophile. In fact, Epstein may not have been a pedophile then, even in desire, though he did (like many men) prefer women quite a bit younger than himself. When he crossed the line into actual pedophilia, first in thought and then in deed, is not clear.

I've explained before why DOJ can't just "release all the documents" or "all the evidence". Please read my arguments this time, and remember them. There are at least two very good reasons I know, probably more that I havn't thought of:
1. Disambiguation. Even if the documentation proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that (e.g.) "John Roberts" was having sex with underage girls on Epstein Island, we need to make damned sure we know whether it was the Chief Justice, the Fox journalist, the actor, or any of the dozens of businessmen, athletes, and others listed on the very long Wikipedia John Roberts disambiguation page.
2. It would not be legal to upload all the evidence to the web because much of the evidence is reported to be explicit videotapes of grown men and women having sex with underage girls (and maybe boys). That kind of pornography is a felony for a private citizen to possess, much less watch. Could it be sanitized with the traditional black rectangles? Those would have to cover the victims' faces and erogenous zones, and the victims' and perpetrators' orifices, while leaving the perpetrators' faces visible and recognizable, along with clear evidence of sexual union. Not an easy task.
Will TBH and Kakistocracy pretend not to have read this and ask the same question again in a few days as if it had not already been answered? All signs point to 'yes'.
