Apparently the #1 factor for getting superbuff (for both men and women) is divorce. Nothing sheds unsightly extra weight like the revenge motive of being shed by one's mate. Also does wonders for wardrobe choices.

As a 60+ multi-decadal gym rat, good for him. Hard to keep things like that though (cf., Hugh Jackman), but I'd wager he got over-ripped for the photo shoot (plus, you know, Photoshop). Hope it's not just a phase.
I knew his marriage to pixyish Isla Fisher wasn't going to last (but I did have hopes for Katy Perry and Russell Brand).
