I think the Republicans are winning the battle on getting the American public to believe there's too much waste in government, and that something can constructively be done about it. It's only been a couple of months, and here we are. Once they start actually getting rid of it, they need to keep reminding us of who is responsible for it. Americans won't soon get tired of hearing about it if progress is being made.
As for 'turning brown', I think this argument is oversold. For Democrats, it's confirmation bias The kind of people that came here via open borders were expecting free rides, and often got them - and now many of them are headed back home, many self-deporting now that the gravy train has dried up. The kind of people that work for a living, don't expect free rides - and they resent Free Riders, too. I know plenty of them, personally. Weren't there some 'brown skin' demographic surprises in the last election? Let's see some trends: I bet they're Republican-friendly.

USAID was pumping out tens of billions of dollars to George Soros NGO tentacles in 2018, and much of it was surely coming straight back to Democrat Party coffers by way of the numerous small, obviously fraudulent "smurf" donations we are also uncovering. It would not surprise me in the least if we find that half or more of the Democrat Party's revenue is not comprised of legitimate donations from American citizens, but actual theft of taxpayer funds from the Treasury, laundered back to the Party by ActBlue. I also suspect that a lot of the smurf donations are foreign money, probably Chinese, likewise orchestrated and laundered by NGOs like ActBlue.
That gravy train is now derailed, though, and there are soon going to be some Democrat bigfoots in prison for it. They are going to be very short of funds in 2026, and well aware of the scrutiny they are now under. They are going to have trouble overcoming these financial constraints and duplicating their success in previous midterms.

Government shouldn't be funding any unaccountable private entity, but if they do, the amount of salaries and other overhead they skim off should be limited, and it should be forbidden to pass any money along to any other NGO. If they don't spend all their allotment on whatever program Congress appropriated it for, they can by God return it to the Treasury.
