Vice President Kamala Harris will hold a rally on the UW-Madison campus next week with multiple musical acts, a campaign spokesperson confirmed Friday. The visit, scheduled for Wednesday, is part of the Harris-Walz campaign's "Get Out the Vote" Concert and Rally series. Harris will be joined by Gracie Abrams, Mumford & Sons, Remi Wolf, and The National’s Matt Berninger and Aaron Dessner. A time for the event and specific location on campus were not immediately announced. The campaign hopes the artists can use their voice to connect with fans and encourage them to vote.
I bought a beautiful red Bucky Badger sweatshirt 20 years ago, when my daughter lived in Madison. The only problem is that it's too warm to wear here in north Georgia. That's the extent of my incisive commentary today, except to point out that my Atlanta Dem friends are highly disappointed in WaPo's non-endorsement, as if the paper hadn't sufficiently demonstrated their bias already.

I had a California colleague who visited me in Madison. He told me his California born-n-raised daughter asked him, before he left, to bring her back a UC - Madison sweatshirt.
Wow, so many white people. I live in San Antonio where the population is about 64% Hispanic. Makes me think, how can you live in a city without good TexMex dining?

Will this be like the Houston rally, where Beyonce was on the ticket, but didn't perform anything more than an introduction? Sounds like fraud, no?
All is well!!!!
Very cute. Life must be good in Madison.
“Harris will be joined by Gracie Abrams…”
Make it Stacey “Tank” Abrams and really bring that MFing house down!
Literally.

Does Wisconsin still have a football team. Just asking for the rest of the Big Ten.
Not so as you would notice.

Go Ducks.
Because we know, there’s no more important Presidential leadership skill than lining up musical groups.
