Kamala Harris isn't the legitimate nominee of the Democrat Party. Joe Biden is. Joe Biden won every primary election held in the states and locked up most of the delegates before he was overthrown in a coup led by Barack Obama and other members of the Democrat Party including Harris.
Trump defeated Biden in the first debate. And then defeated Kamala Harris in the second debate despite the fact she was getting an audio feed through bluetooth earrings and also despite the fact that ABC News refused to fact check her many lies in that debate.
Trump will debate legitimate candidates. Not fake candidates. And certainly not candidates who participated in a coup against a sitting United States President.
Trump is for the rule of law and will bring it back once elected and all these coup plotters are in prison.
Keep in mind that Trump already agreed to a 2nd debate with Kamala that was previously scheduled to happen on Fox News, and she skipped out on it. Putting this out there for the Kamala trolls that will claim "he's chicken", because they should explain Kamala previous chickening out.
Do the Veeps have a debate scheduled? I sure hope so. I suppose conventional wisdom says they don't really matter, but I think a thorough beatdown by Vance could be a big help.

I saw an interesting take on Taylor Swift endorsement. Keeping in mind these things are typically planned. The endorsement came out almost immediately after the debate. As if they anticipated needing some other news story in case the media and Harris campaign didn’t want to talk the debate. Suggests low confidence in Harris, but she got help from both moderators. Could that be sustained?
I notice they also don’t want to talk about the great CPI news (just 2.5 annual) because it was still higher than expectation and likely nuked the Fed rate cut, which wouldn’t do anything anyway because it is far too late to improve 3Q economic data to be released just before Election Day. So Tay-tay hides that story as well.

Trump agreed to a Fox debate on Sept, 4th and announced it as if it was a done deal. Harris never agreed to a Sept. 4th debate, so no she did not skip out. There was no agreement.

Allow my fever dream for just a moment. It gets leaked that ABC gave debate prep to the Harris campaign. Trump boasts that he won even with a crooked debate. There is outrage too big for the media to hide. He agrees to another debate on his terms.
That would be John Edwards. He was literally banging chicks on the campaign bus in front of the press while his wife was battling the cancer that would kill her. He was later charged with crimes in his campaign finances.

Maybe Kamala could explain a few things about the taxation of unrealized capital gains. Will the gains be taxed again when they are realized? Will they be offset by unrealized capital losses? How will the carry-forward work? If she's so brilliant she must be able to answer.
Honestly, why are journalists (or "journalists") hosting presidential debates. There are international debate societies that are actually respected who know how to do it.

It is far from clear that Trump thinks that a Fox panel would be "fair and balanced" either (except possibly as compared to the Dem cheerleaders at the other networks). I certainly wouldn't count on it, if I were Trump. So no more debates.

According to RealClearPolitics, Morning Consult, from 2014-2022, had an average 5.9 error in polls vs actual election results and all errors were in the Democrats favor. If I was Harris and saw Morning Consult gave me just a 3 point lead, I wouldn’t be getting excited.

They let most of his lies slide, but you have to draw a line somewhere, I think fact checking the claim that democrats execute babies after they are born was not setting a particularly high bar for their fact checking. The only thing they did that favored Harris was let Trump talk more than her and it’s not their job to save Trump from his own crazy rambling.
It comes to something when Republicans are not concerned that their presidential candidate, live on television, said democrats kill babies after birth, but they are very concerned that the moderator pointed out to him that this is not true.
She agreed to debate on FOX and then pulled out. But now you're "sure" she would agree to do it? Based on what? If she wanted to debate there she would not have canceled it.

I will be releasing an affidavit from an ABC whistleblower regarding the debate. "I have just signed a non-disclosure agreement with the attorney of the whistleblower. The affidavit states how the Harris campaign was given sample question which were essentially the same questions that were given during the debate and separate assurances of fact checking Donald Trump and that she would NOT be fact checked. Accordingly, the affidavit states several other factors that were built into the debate to give Kamala a significant advantage."
The bigger mistake was to debate Biden. There was no need to as Biden was behind and the Biden campaign was looking like a damp squib. The Democrats were desperate which is why they coalesced immediately under Harris.
