The truth is you can never know the mind of another person 100%. Her reaction, at least, told him that she didn't wish him dead and was happy he survived.

Right now I'm commenting on Chrome but I usually run Safari but that won't let me sign in. It gets caught up in a loop with Blogger and Google and something about 3rd party cookies. Sorry, I have no idea what that is all about and I tried changing my settings but that didn't work.

DJT’s mind recognizes that marriage is a deal/bargain/contract. Love is a second hand emotion. And his part of the bargain as both Donald and Melania know is to be an alive man carrying out head of family and male consort duty. Dead men can’t do that.
Also Melanie is 24 years younger than Donald. And she faces empty nest emotions as Barron leaves home. She doesn’t want to lose her spouse and start over too, but at age 54 she could handle it.
