From "Trouble with tha God/The influential radio host of 'The Breakfast Club” is a thorn in the side of Democrats — but he’s also representative of one of their biggest problems" (Politico).

Go to the link if you need to be reminded of how Biden said — on Charlamagne's show — "If you’ve got a problem whether or not you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t Black."

That was back in 2020. These days, we're told, Charlamagne is irritating Biden supporters, who fear that he "may unintentionally elevate Trump."

In the previous thread I wrote just that: If Trump doesn't come correct on Zionism I'm staying home. I want no part in any of this.

That "posterizes" Biden very effectively. Dems are worried about pesky thinking black voters who won't stay in their box. I'm looking to see Trump join Snoop and Martha on a cheap bottle of red wine.

Fight The Power.

Yeah, except for that gang rape, he can be politically incisive.

See: Clinton.

Politico could have interviewed Althouse for a similar response. Heck, it used to be an old refrain of voters to quit slinging mud and instead debate the issues, but then fewer people pay attention to politics these days to make clear the issues and more people respond to innuendo.

To be fair, Biden did post a list of 2023 policy achievements at years end: https://twitter.com/POTUS/status/1741206275055034388

Oh, they’ll do it, but once everyone is a millionaire, nobody will be. See how easy it is to be a millionaire in Venezuela.

Donald Trump IS a crook!
just look at his net worth Now, compared to when he was first elected!
not enough? Remember that time, that he BRAGGED about extorting a foreign leader?
"You Fire that prosecutor that is looking into my family, or i'll hold back Billions in aid..
..and Son of a Bitch! The man was fired!"

Wait a minute.. Which President are we talking about?

He underestimates the difficulty of 'playing up' policy achievements when they are in fact failures.

At the end of the day there are no real policy achievements for the Democrats to point to.

They and the media sycophants can say the economy is great until the cows come home but the lived experience of voters at grocery stores and gas stations belies that claim.

They can claim that Biden is in charge and is the most energetic person in the White House but people can see the old man shuffle aimlessly around stages and have trouble expressing complete thoughts.

There only path to victory is to successfully portray the other guy as completely unacceptable. So what do the Republicans do? They nominate the one person who fits the Democrats bill.

THe Black voter is only a problem for Democrats because of turnout. They aren't going to vote Republican in large numbers. Ever.

But they may be so digusted with Biden, they may not show up at the polls. That's where mail-in ballots come in. Just get one person from a black family who interested, and then have them fill out the ballots for their other friends and family members, have them sign, drop them off and voila, 100 percent turnout.

Or hire some "ballot havesters" and go around with the ballot almost filled out, and then just have the black voter sign after you know on their door.

The D's recongized a problem and came up with a solution. The RNC still hasn't fought back or done anything similar. Because the RNC really wants to lose.

Say what you want about him personally, but he's 100% correct. The Democrats and the Left in general have been in a purity spiral for a while now.

Framing black issues this way is what Roosevelt meant by a public that's stupefyingly shallow. Blacks haven't fought for reparations since slavery ended because a wrong was committed - it's a grift. Just like the Palestinians aren't dying by the thousands because they've been wronged - it's a grift. No one is allowed to fight back against their tormentors without it being framed in the most negative and shallow light. Only white folks have real beefs in this view. And they sit in judgement of others, saying eat shit and die.

Hamas did a great job of exposing these fools for who they are.

Which is why Ron DeSantis should be the clear choice.

By the way, it's always the same message from the Democrats, going back to at least Bill Clinton: The (stupid) public just doesn't understand how great we are for them, and how our policies are making their lives better. We need better messaging. No matter that we own 98% of the media and online platforms. Our message seems to not be getting out. Therefore ______ (fill in GOP nominee name) is Hitler.

Like Israel, no one's down, as its currently constructed. The GOP saw Elise Stefanik and found a hero - blacks saw a Nazi prosecutor reborn - right before they flipped on free speech and started endorsing this fascist Zionist killing spree. It adds up to the GOP morphing from Lincoln's Party into what Trump called "some bad hombres."

If Biden wasn't down for the slaughter he'd have my vote already because hypocritical anti-free speech GOP killers ain't my thing.

LOL

Looks like you'll be staying home then because there is zero chance Trump is going to agree with your psychotic desire to ethnically cleanse/depopulate all Jews in Israel "from the river to the sea" and simply hand over the equvalent of California to your Hamas/Fattah heroes.

What were your exact words? Something about moving 7+ million Jews out shouldn't be "too hard".

So stock up on canned ravioli and make sure to have some fun movies rented for election day!

FYI, it is my understanding there is a "Half Off - Everything Must Go Sale" on Hamas Leader Posters....for obvious reasons.

Get yours while supplies last!

You may be right but consider that roughly 74 million, an *increase* of around 9 million from his 2016 total, Americans think you and the Democrats are wrong. Have they been given a reason to change their minds? Then note that Obama coming off the largest popular vote total at the time in 2008, 69 million (corrected), got 3 million *fewer* votes in 2012.

The Democratic Party's core strategy since LBJ's 1965 "Great Society" was to draw and keep Black voters in the party for an edge in every election. They later they expanded this game plan to using low-income Hispanics / migrants as a vehicle for payouts and continuing control.

This cannot change quickly or very much because Black women (and all single mothers) are now often 'married to the government.' This follows from lifelong support for mothers and their children, on down to government as the primary employer of upwardly mobile Black women. Black males have been sidelined as breadwinners because they are unable to compete with gifts/bribes. Then, the devil makes work for idle hands (i.e., young Black male crime).

With the Ds now supporting migrants at the expense of Black cities and Black mayors, a natural split away should/may occur. Many Black males want to succeed, but they surely won't with the proven failure of bribery/gifts/marriage to the government. The political screw turns, expect change.

What to expect next from Hamas and their 7th Century Death Cult Fanboys: the righteous killing of Saleh al-Arouri will be ruled a War Crime with the now Quite Demised Saleh-boy being described as 1017 children, all of whom were poets studying to be Doctors.

how about, Biden plays up how he spent BILLIONS of american dollars and HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of Ukrainian lives.. FOR NOTHING?
https://www.wsj.com/articles/ukraine-may-have-to-accept-a-cease-fire-putin-orban-congress-aid-89f9932a?mod=opinion_lead_pos6
According to a recent report in the Washington Post, troops on the front line are running out of ammunition. Artillery shells are being rationed, forcing the Ukrainians to cancel planned assaults and making it hard to hold defensive positions against Russian attacks. A press officer for a Ukrainian battalion recently said that ammunition shortages had forced his unit to reduce its rate of firing by 90% since the summer. “We lack everything,” a member of another unit said. He doubted they could hold their position much longer.

remember the Olden Days? back in April of '23? When "experts" here were confidently telling us that the Ukrainians would make mincemeat out of the Russians? That it would be THE END of Putin?
Where are those "experts" now? I'd like to here from them

I remember quite clearly individuals on these very boards saying what many of the NAFO types were saying: the russkis were out of troops, out of resources, out of equipment and even out of bullets! We were told the russkis were charging machine gun nests and fortified positions with gardening and farming tools in "meat waves"!

As time went on the claims became ever more fantastical with no real explanation of how those claims jibed with our limited observable reality.

We are 50 years post-Vietnam with cell phones and drones and improved satellite capabilities and it seems as if the war was being fought on a hidden soundstage somewhere.

The US govt purposely, explicitly, made it impossible to actually audit where all the weapons and funds we provided were going.

And dont get me started on the "Ghost of Kiev" and other made up stories that flooded US media...in a way very, very similar to the "51 intel professionals claim the Hunter Biden laptop has all the earmarks of a Russian disinformation op"...just in time for the Trump/Biden "debate".

So many lies. So much corruption.

The santions, ratcheted up 10 fold have had limited effects on the russki economy and to the extent there was some "bite", the russki citizenry just absorbed it while the russki leadership adapted their economy and resource rich supply chains to weather the storm.

Gee, our "elites" really are the Gang That Can't Shoot Straight".
