This after O'Brien had (also in writing) assailed Mullins' character, called him a fraud, etc.

Wouldn't threatening a U.S. Senator before whom you will be appearing constitute a crime (hint - threatening U.S. officials is a Class D or C felony, usually carrying maximum penalties of 5 or 10 years under 18 U.S.C. § 875, 18 U.S.C. § 876, and other statutes). Shouldn't O'Brien be locked up at least as long as the Jan. 6th protesters?

These buffoons turn these "hearings" into a joke. Not just the juvenile picking a fight, but the waste of everyone's time that is subjecting "witnesses" to having to sit there and have MOCs giving speeches. And then the chattering monkey brigade screeches and claps about how great it was when, in fact, when the person asking questions makes speeches instead, the speech doesn't mean a damn thing. It proves nothing.

The whole idea of a hearing is to get the witnesses to give statements. If you're competent, you can get the witness to make the points you want. If you're a boob, you'll make speeches instead.

Per a hasty Google search, mutual combat by consenting combatants is legal only in Texas and Washington in the US. And even then, introduction of weapons into the fight gets the police involved and automatically results in stiff charges.
