The document dishonestly ignores the U.S. Constitution, the Presidential Records Act, legal precedent, and the DOJ's/Archives' previous position that WH records a president takes with him when he leaves the White House are presumptively personal and not subject to review by partisan Biden appointees at DOJ or Archives. Under the Constitution, federal law and precedent, none of the documents are currently "classified" or "national defense information" that restricts Trump's handing of them. They are ALL his personal records and, frankly, should be returned to him. Indictment confirms Garland's indictment of Trump is political:

1. Presidential Records Act, not Espionage Act, controls former president's handling of his presidential records

2. Generally, legally impossible to obstruct investigation into non-crime, per binding 2019 OLC memo

3. The theory the President of the United States can declassify information and still get charged for espionage--under "national defense information"--will not survive Supreme Court review

4. The timing of this indictment proves it’s political:

No you are not. You know full well why. For one thing, the first blow in this war was struck by Obama's CIA, which ran the sniper outfit that indiscriminately killed cops and demonstrators in the crowd at Maidan from the balcony of a building controlled by Right Sector, so that the US could install its favored people in the government in Ukraine, but this time doing an *actual* armed storming of parliament, not the show version the Democrats put on in J6 in order to increase the power of the security state, and to consolidate that power into Democrat hands.

The Democrats used that false flag at the Capitol to seize power. They are not going to give it up, and we provoked the war in Ukraine because we wanted it, and the US does not do "peace." Look at Yemen, Libya, Syria, Iraq, Serbia, etc, etc, etc. The thing is that the Middle East is getting smart, and the Arabs are shutting down all of these artificial conflicts that the US creates in order to control the region. Iran and Saudi Arabia have made peace, without our 'help,' BTW. Our precious little war in Yemen, which we goaded the Saudis into fighting, is now over. We have had some success creating chaos in Sudan, though. If you are looking for bright spots, and our new civil war in Peru is coming along nicely too.

Imagine if Putin was traveling the globe, creating wars between nations, fomenting coups, igniting civil wars. The world is getting tired of it, and our propaganda rings hollow now.
