No way. Really? Now who would do something like that Robert? Surely you can tell us?

If it makes you feel any better Robert, I think you're safe. You're lower on the wetboy priorities list than say, Tucker Carlson or Elon Musk. It doesn't do your Kennedy ego much good sitting lower down the totem pole than Tucker Carlson, but the apple has fallen kind of far from the tree.

Frankly if I wanted to upset a Kennedy, I'd say you sat lower on the hit list than Donald Trump. That's what I'd say if I really wanted to push your buttons.

I didn't put it in the post, but it's explicitly in the video clip. Your sarcasm indicates that you didn't watch the clip. Tsk.

They don't need to assassinate him.

America needs a guy opposed to the Regime who's coming from the left, from the Democrat Party, a guy to remind Dem voters what their party used to at least pretend to stand for, civil liberties, 1st Amendment protections, individual rights, helping the working man and woman, protect the little guy, calling out the big corporations, peace not war, all those high-sounding values they have completely abandoned. RFK could be a real thorn in their side.

Would I vote for him? I'm certainly not there yet. It's really hard to put your faith in anybody these days. Maybe he's completely full of shit. I don't know. The Regime and their media tools will try to smear him as a wacko. They hate to see RFK held up next to their man, Joe. It's a terrible look for them.
If RFK is calling these bastards out and giving them all a huge headache, then he's helping, not hurting. So I say, fantastic! Go man go!

The history is certainly more complex than RFK Jr posits.

A struggle for postwar global hegemony, bounded by practical constraints, will probably result in the escalation of a consecutive series of flash points, albeit sometimes occasioned by interests other than the true national interest.

Was it a conspiracy of greed or a state of permanent engagement meant to define the correlation of forces between superpowers? Are a series of proxy conflicts better than direct conflict between hegemons?

To RFK Jr's point, will China's debt influence campaign really work for them in developing countries when it comes time to pay or surrender sovereignty?

Unlikely JFK assassination was an inside job. RFK Jr seems to apply a "defund the police" approach to foreign policy using his uncle's assassination in much the same way George Floyd was used to define a martyr for the cause.

But indeed it should be an independent president rather than the hammer wielders in government who decide where and when a hammer looks like the right tool for the job.

I listened to over 2 hrs of this interview but didn't make it to this part. I do worry for him because someone will find the notoriety of father/son tempting.

Most of the interview was vaccine discussion. Bobby has a lot of info at his fingertips, but it was strange. He's running for POTUS, something that was hardly touched on. I wasn't listening in order to hear his vax arguments.

@Dave Begley -- Bobby came to Yuma, something that really impressed me. It was good politics and good info gathering. He needs to go to Iowa, though. Like the rambling of the Rogan interview, his absence shows he's not campaigning yet.

RFK Jr is, like Joe Rogan and Tucker Carlson, a truth-teller. Are his politics mine? No, they are not. But he does tell the truth as he sees it. It's why Tucker and Joe both admire him. Even attempting to "smash the CIA into a thousand pieces" makes my heart beat fast.

Its sad that Rogan felt the need to bring that up. RFK gave a good answer, I'm sure all the Kennedy's are big on security.

And his answers to Rogan's questions on why we get into endless wars are good ones. They're partly wrong, in my opinion, but if believing LBJ/CIA killed Kennedy is what you need to get liberal/leftists to stop loving wars, I guess its OK.

One thing JFK did was talk to Douglas MacArthur several times while POTUS. And Big Mac was completely against sending Troops to Vietnam. MacArthur, like Ike, was also very skeptical of the Military-Industrial complex. Ike however supported our escalation in Vietnam but wanted to go in there with full force, and was upset at LBJ's half-assed approach.

Having grown up in the NE, and having heard the tales of King Joe while seeing the antics of Ted, the 'Lyin' of the Senate', I can tell you I've had a lifetime belly full of the Kennedy's. They're just another set of Bidens, slightly smarter and from a better neighborhood. But having said that, I think Bobby was probably the best of the bunch. RFKJr has his father's idealism but he doesn't have a chance in this round, and he's got a history of too many ideas that have been branded 'crackpot'. Now, there are times when 'crackpot' is used as a dismissive term, backed up by slick clips and quotes that show what the target said in the worst possible context - I haven't researched RFKJr's list of crackpot offenses, so I can't comment on whether the term is accurate or manufactured. We could do worse, in fact we are, right now - much worse.

His voice isn't as grating as it was, that was a big problem.

Let RFK Jr. compete in the marketplace of ideas.

Where is this document allegedly JFK signed? It ain't in the Pentagon Papers, nor any known archive.

If it existed, wouldn't his brother, who hated LBJ, have screamed about it daily--even before he ran as an antiwar candidate--while LBJ was upping the ante?

Jr. is a fabulist.

They no longer need to assassinate you via a bullet. It's now done by media leaks, innuendo, appeal to "experts". That's how they took down Trump.

RFK Jr. is proof that if you spew your nonsense with enough confidence, the credulous will believe you.

BIII Zhang বলেছেন...

Let's remember that Kennedy was addicted to methamphetamines and was literally raping the interns in the White House secretarial pool on a regular basis, and then handing the girls down to his brother at the other end of the White House swimming pool. Out in the open; with the full knowledge of the press, which was covering it up for him.

Yeah, they murdered him and Bobby, and they certainly did Trump in for the same reasons (no wars). Trump's lucky to still be alive, but he won't be once they get him inside of Epstein's cell.

Yancey Ward বলেছেন...

If no one else enters the race in the Democrat primary, Kennedy could give Biden a lot of trouble given Biden's extreme unpopularity even in his own party. Sure, he is only at 20% right now, but that is an extraordinarily high percentage against an incumbent President.

Right now, I am just uncertain how serious Kennedy is about this race, but it really is early days yet. If he spends lots of time of campaigning on the ground this coming Summer in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina, then he is serious. If the Joe Rogan show and similar appearances are the bulk of his campaign, then he isn't serious.

Lincolntf বলেছেন...

I just finished the podcast. Pretty good, overall. RFK comes off as level-headed and confident in his facts and figures. He also accurately points out that "his Party", the Democrats, have become the Party of war, censorship, big Pharma, etc.

rcocean বলেছেন...

I don't want to get into the Kennedy Asssassintions, but it is amazing how people simply refuse to accept the truth about it. And love spinning absurd tales. The mafia killed him. The CIA/FBI killed him. LBJ Killed him. "They" killed him.

Lee Harvey Oswald, a Communist, killed him. He shot Kennedy because he disliked Kennedy attacking Castro. Guess that's not sexy enough. Or its too "Rightwing", doesn't suit the narrative.

If you cant accept that, look into Jack Ruby. He killed Oswald to either (1) shut him up or (2) because he wanted to be a vigilante. If its (1) that's your clue. But he sure as hell wasn't working for the CIA or LBJ.

Jupiter বলেছেন...

It's interesting he doesn't mention the Israeli connection. I'm sure he is aware of it, although he may not credit it. The Israelis were determined to build an atomic bomb. JFK was determined to stop them.

Not sure that is true, JoeB spent virtually all of the last campaign in his basement avoiding interviews. Of course, he did lose NH and Iowa (we think)...

I have no strong opinion on RFK Jr.'s platform, or whether it will be effective. But until he starts openly talking about the levels of domestic surveillance that exist in this country (to wit: the senate hearings with Josh Hawley) then nothing he says matters. Surely, he must be aware of it.

And Rogan should already know that he's on a list and likely under some level of surveillance. And honestly, his whole Spotify deal was nothing more than a way to sideline his exposure and limit his levels of influence on the normies. Anyone could watch Rogan on YouTube and hear his random thoughts and sometimes skepticism (particularly over COVID) but Spotify means a subscription and that means fewer eyeballs.

Temujin বলেছেন...

I'm about half-way through the interview. I find that I like listening to RFK Jr. Which is pretty remarkable because a few years ago the sound of his voice grated on me and I thought he was a looney-tune. He's anything but that. He's pretty brilliant and...civil. He can disagree vehemently with someone but still give them respect, albeit minimal on certain people. He's civil, but not a pussy. I find that a remarkable character plus in this day and age.

Here's what I'd say. I am attracted to disrupters. Trump is/was a disrupter. Ron DeSantis is a disrupter. I find it funny when some call him a RINO. They clearly missed his work in the state of Florida. He did so much here the Gov of California can't quit talking about DeSantis.

Robert Kennedy Jr. is a massive disrupter. And if you give him the time of day, you realize he does his homework- and then some. He is not well versed in many areas he will need to be. But then, look at our current President, Congress. What we know of RFK is he has the brains to devour new information, make rational decisions on them. My worry on him is he's a Democrat, so he'll probably bring in a boatload of the same or DC Dems that have destroyed this country. My hope, if he gets the Dem nod, is that he states out loud he'd bring in the best people from both parties, all parties. I could see him doing that.

I swore off Democrats in 1972. I've posted here that no Dem should be elected for at least two generations- they are that fucked up. But RFK has me listening. I like a lot about him. I don't agree with a number of his views, and I suspect he may be too extreme on climate and not free-market enough for me on the economy, but...I agree with enough of him that I keep listening. Frankly, I don't agree with all of DeSantis's or Trump's views either. And that's fine. I wouldn't want me as President.

As of today, I know I'd be willing to vote for DeSantis, or if not him, Trump. Maybe. But I am not tossing out RFK at this time. A 'civil' person who is smart enough to do deep homework on things, and battle giant mega corporations and government entities gets my attention.

PM বলেছেন...

Once again, as with DeSantis, a nominee's speaking voice is crucial - and Kennedy's is raspy bad. Hillary set the unlistenable bar, but these two aren't very good.

Leland বলেছেন...

I listened for just a moment or two but couldn't get past how frail RFKJr sounded. If I had listened to just audio and someone said that was his death bed confession, I might believe them. Otherwise, I didn't buy the notion that Kennedy wanted to avoid wars. Also, what more could the military industrial complex ask than the moonshot funding? Apollo was 4.4% of the entire federal budget back then, which is a greater share than all of the DoD gets now.

RBE বলেছেন...

RFK jr. seems like a good man, as far as politics go, more like his dad and a lot less like uncle Ted. I probably don't agree with some of his ideas but the fact that he seems honest might just be enough for me.

Eva Marie বলেছেন...

I listened to the podcast yesterday:
1. If the podcast is too long, you can speed it up. Kennedy is a fast talker so I only speeded it up to 1.25, usually I listen at 2 X the speed.
2. Kennedy spent so much time on his vaccine views because on other platforms he is either censored and/or the interviewer gets in trouble with YouTube. I had never heard a full explanation so this was enlightening for me.
3. “No way he would have remembered” the Kennedy inauguration. I’m the same age he is and I remember the Nixon Kennedy debate in detail (we only watched the first one). If my uncle had been inaugurated that year, you bet I would have remembered it in detail.
4. He didn’t slam Trump or Reagan and I appreciated that.
5. He’s a falconer and he used to raise pigeons. What’s not to like?
6. It was a great interview. I hope he stays safe.
