Osaka is hands-down the best city is Japan for gustative tourism. Let haters hate, it's true. I would encourage the adventurous to try basashi and fugu fin sake (an Osaka specialty), not necessarily at the same time, but what the hell.

Osaka is my favorite. It bums me out I haven't been back in so long.
