She sounds wonderfully sensible and down-to-earth. For someone who has been organizing topless bar crawls for a decade, at any rate. Her logic -- well, there is no logic. But I liked what I read of her, personally. Her ideology wasn't so strident that there was nothing human left. Go Lili!

But I'm looking for a change in how my brain feels, and how I think about myself. We need to deprogram how we think about men's testicles. I'm someone who dislikes it when other men go shirtless in public. Even if a man is attractive and well toned, I just don't want to see it. Put your pecs and abs away! It comes down to modesty and propriety, which is a worthy value knowing no gender.
Additionally, female breasts are sexual in a way that male breasts are not. Humans are unique in having permanently engorged mammaries, and the biological purpose is sexual attraction, so displaying them naturally invites men to think sexually about you. This is science, which the Left claim to believe in, but for some reason science doesn't apply to sexuality and gender. Why is that?

It has been legal for women (and men) to be topless in NYC for decades. Topless women can be found on beaches throughout the USA and the world.

Men don't go topless in public setting that don't involve pools, oceans, lakes, hot tubs, or something similar. And even then, having just returned from FL, a lot of the men on the beach today are wearing lightweight shirts with an SPF 50 rating. After an hour on the beach last week I donned my cotton T-shirt. On the way home my son (who was driving) stopped at a beach store and bought me a high tech fabric beach shirt.
The ice cream shop w stopped in with the grandkids had a sign- no shirt, no shoes, no service. The no shirt applied equally to all 57 sexes.
Unless you're in one of the aforementioned places where shirtlessness is common, shirtless is a sign that there's someone you should be steering clear of.
There are many, many reasons for wearing shirts. One of them is it makes concealed carry a lot easier....

For the record, almost all males favor women going topless until they realize how they would be endlessly harassed for the sin of lookism and prosecuted for female harassment just for looking and commenting.
Other than it disadvantages women with large breasts, especially those over 25, I don't see the problem of topless women and girls where it is acceptable for men to go "topless". Equality and all.
Yes, the female breast is a sexual attention attractant, but mostly because their appearance is "startling" compared to common female body exposure. Frank Sinatra has whole song that discusses the flash of the ankle back in the day. It is more the unexpected appearance than the body part itself that is stimulating.
I learned this 33 years ago in Tahiti. Sitting in a resort bar, the women around the pool were topless as Europeans often are. None to my 25 yr old mind were attractive, over tanned and over 40. But two young girls, I would place at 12 or 13 walked by headed out, to I assume talk to mom. These girls were not children and not young women, but they were topless. It was then I came to see a without the sexual filter. I'd seen topless 20-somethings on the beach, these women at the pool, and topless children all my life, but now confronted with topless, I don't know, in-betweens? And that is when I realized that topless females are just people without shirt on. The real issue is most significant breasts are not all that attractive flapping in the breeze, but we have that with overweight men these days, so why not the ladies if they choose.
Once on common display, the naked boob will just be a bare breast. In the same way the naked butt is now just bare cheeks.
There are men on the sexual offenders list for taking out their penises to pee in public. Women aren't the only ones who have to follow rules about their body.
In the old days cis-gendered teenage boys would have had fun overtly gawking at and discussing her anatomy - as invited by her exhibitionism.
It's possible, although unlikely, that she would have gotten the message.

In the early 70's Venice Beach north of the breakwater was a nude friendly beach. Salarymen in gray flannel suits would carry their shoes and box lunch to watch the show. Us teen and tween Junior Guards didn't pay attention to the freak show. We were focused on living a real Bay Watch summer. I'm still hanging out with women in wet Speedos.
As woman with AAA cup breasts, I am torn. I see chubby/obese men letting it all hang out shirtless - man boobs bigger than mine flopping around - all summer. I hear most teenage boys learn all about sex from the internet, which would mean lots of porn and fake boobs. They probably are so used to perfectly round, fake DDD tits they probably wouldn't give her a second look or even KNOW that those two blobs she's got are 'normal' tits.
Ms. Luxe overstates her case a bit for effect. Absent the sort of extraordinary circumstances found in screwball comedies, I would certainly think more than once about appearing shirtless outside my state capitol (or Wisconsin's), even though I am a cis man. And if I did it, I wouldn't be at all surprised to be shamed for it. The legitimate point is, unless I managed to create a public disturbance, I wouldn't be arrested. If all Ms. Luxe really wants is equality in not being arrested, I guess I agree with her, but she doesn't make it easy.
Relatedly, has Wisconsin de-gendered its sexual assault laws by defining the male breast as an "intimate" body part? That's the way it looks, though IANAWL.
