I finished the limited series on Amazon, Outer Range. There's a huge plot hole. In fact, the plot hole is the central feature of the drama. On a plot of land owned by Josh Brolin, there's a mysterious hole. People who fall into it are sucked out of their time line and herds of buffalo occasionally stampede out of it. No explanation is given of the hole and its miraculous qualities. As I say, it's a plot hole....I guess it's okay or, at least, I finished it, but that show Lost has been a bad influence on an entire generation of television creators. They are all a lost generation.

Thanks for pointing that out. I know what I did. It wasn't intentional (just saw something in draft on my computer and deleted it without realizing it was the same place where I had written the post on my iPad).

Random comment - I live in the DC area and have many friends and acquaintances who are federal workers. No one is talking abortion, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, or any of the trendy headlines (and I really don't mean to downplay the rape of the Ukraine). What I'm hearing from the young is concern about inflation; from the middle aged and older is the huge loss in their retirement accounts.
It really is the economy, stupid Joe.
