Swimming without a permit! There otter be a law!
Looks more like a beaver than an otter. Plus it seems like you can hear it gnawing on a tree once it gets to the shore.

When we visited the Aquarium in Chattanooga many years ago, I bought a little stuffed otter toy for my office totem.
