I do wish sometimes that Tucker wouldn't give his enemies so much ammunition. But I often had the same reaction to Trump, and eventually I realized there was a method to his madness. Both of them are a lot more successful than I am, so I'll just shrug my shoulders and watch the fallout.

The summer before our big trip to Paris in 2017, I had to deal with a few issues in the groinadal region. A hernia on one side and a hydrocell (testicular) on the other, both of which were bad things to leave undone before an overseas trip.
My urologist did my hydrocell removal and patch-up at the same session as the other surgeon
fixed my torn gut. Apparently good results, good progress, just as expected . . . until about a month later, on my way to the campus pool one afternoon about a month before the trip.
Long story short, the urologist had not really done the best job possible. When he saw what had happened, I became his new best friend. He and his most trusted nurses saw me every few days for two weeks, and trained my wife to help me heal properly at home, and with good will all around I was healed! (All the office sessions and medical supplies he gave us were off the record, of course. Is he going to report his own fuckup?)
Let me just say that my testicular fortitude has been tried in the most profoundly literal way, by pros and amateurs alike, and I'm a stronger person for it.
He retired a few years later. I bear him no ill will--he was actually a very friendly guy
and good doctor for many years and I could tell he was shaken and embarrassed.
