A special sighting! Watch out, though. Here in Dallas a pair has built a nest in a tree near a beloved public soccer field…and the Eagle Police leaned on the city to fence off the entire field . No one has been able to use it for months.

Recently on the Oregon coast, a strange unusually large run of Eulachon, and kind of bait fish, went on a spawning run, and observers counted at least 175 bald eagles taking advantage of the situation.
