You might be surprised to find out that Freedom Caucus members worked closely with Trump and their former leader Mark Meadows to keep Trump in power on Jan 6 including Reps. "Gym" Jordan (R-OH), Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Paul Gosar, (R-AZ) Scott Perry, (R-PA) and Louie Gohmert (R-TX), reports the NY Times.

As for an OOPS! The Federalist blew it big time as they often do in bending toward Trump. Adam Schiff changed nothing but the Committee readily admitted that an inadvertent period was added to the text displayed by a JAN6 staffer. Schiff (BTW) never mentioned Gym Jordan by name!; 12/15/21, 10:45 PM

He changed the grammar to conceal omitted material. The memo, which was not by Jim Jordan but from the DOJ, discussed the legalities of dealing with the competing electoral slates submitted by multiple states owing to the possible fraudulence of their electoral processes. Leave it to you two patriots to defend more fraudulence in support of our nation's most fraudulent election. No legality, even the Constitution, should be allowed to stand in the Democrats' way.

Your Party simply cannot stop cheating. Now they have to pretend there was an "insurrection" so they can keep up the charade that they are practicing "democracy" by jailing or otherwise destroying more of their opponents. You two idiots defend it all. But they can't jail them all. And the Democratic Party's attempt to kill our republic will fail against what still remains of America's rule of law and the basic decency of the majority of our citizens.

The good part of the Democrats' brazenness is that more Americans are noticing it and looking at the results, such as the President that got installed. The rising number of homicides in Democrat-run cities. Good stuff that most people like, right? Hence this week's Rasmussen poll showing 64% of the people think this country is on the wrong track. Not only did Schiff lie about the substance of the text message and its source, he even doctored the message and graphic that he displayed on screen during his statement. The full text message, which was forwarded to Meadows from Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, on the evening of Monday, Jan. 5, was significantly longer than what Schiff read and put on screen, but Schiff erased significant portions of the text and added punctuation where there was none to give the impression that Jordan himself was tersely directing Meadows to give orders to Pence on how to handle the electoral vote certification.; 12/16/21, 6:12 AM
