Woke Loudoun County schools $275K-a-year superintendent APOLOGIZES for 'failing to protect' female student, 15, from rape by 'boy in a skirt' in the girls' bathroom

The superintendent of the woke Loudoun County school board has apologized for 'failing' to ensure the safety of students and prevent the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl by a boy 'wearing a skirt' in the girls' bathroom.

Scott Ziegler spoke finally on Friday about the explosive May 28 incident, in which the 15-year-old girl told teachers she had been raped by a boy who accessed the girls' bathrooms under the school board's progressive transgender bathroom policy.

He did not resign - as parents had requested - and instead apologized for 'misleading' them on June 22 when he told a crowded meeting that there had been no sex assaults on campus by transgender kids, and that predatory transgender people 'do not exist.'

The Loudoun County school district is now under investigation for being in violation of state and (possibly) federal laws that require sexual assaults to be reported. So Ziegler may not need to resign; he may be led off in handcuffs.; 10/15/21, 8:11 PM

I have stayed mostly neutral on the latest news while waiting for more facts to emerge. I read that Beth Barts and her family have received some vile threats, which I do not condone. That said, her active involvement in a group that invested in destroying the lives of county residents she disagreed with angers me. I'm glad she's left the board.
