interesting thing, they never (not ONCE) mentioned the word Reagan; The closest they came, was ONCE they showed a portrait of him on a wall.
Also, They End, with Charlie wanting to "build a school house", which he doesn't get the money for They imply (well, they Don't Imply..They Explicitly State) that "we screwed up the endgame", by not Nation building.... Guess what? That didn't age so well.
Anything I want? Okay, then: Jeopardy. Of the try-out guest hosts, LeVar Burton was the worst, yet apparently there is a huge claque pushing for him to be Alex Trebek's successor--as if Burton is (dare I say it?) entitled to the position. The prospect of watching him bug out his eyes (as he is prone to do) fills me with dread.
I just left Michigan Stadium, where my Wolverines have roped and rounded up the Western Michigan Broncos.
I'm now watching the game from Camp Randall, a few blocks east of Meadhouse.
Michigan Stadium and Camp Randall have virtually identical mask policies; masks are required of all persons regardless of vaccination status when in enclosed areas of the two stadiums. And masks are strongly encouraged in all outdoor areas including the main outdoor seating areas.
Compliance looks pretty good in the enclosed areas (press boxes, luxury suites, etc.); compliance is nearly nonexistent in the outdoor areas. I saw about 1 in 20 people wearing masks in the alumni-section sideline seating. And if anywhere in the Stadium would have been crowded with older, wealthier, alumni-concentrated patrons (and hence more mask-observant), that is where it should have happened.
A perfect policy failure. 100,000+ people in Ann Arbor; 80,000 in Madison. With no accounting for who may or may not be vaccinated. No good contact tracing mechanisms. Big Ten Super Spreaders.

I am looking for an investment that will hold its value better than US currency. A friend suggested bread loaves or bananas.
