I like these pictures from further back. More context. More about the landscape than just the sun and water. They also capture the season better.

I like the panorama pics on the iPhone. I took several sunrise panorama pics when I was on vacation in Mackinaw City, Michigan in July. It's very tricky to keep the camera exactly level and pan the view at a steady rate, but there's a feeling of accomplishment when it comes out right.

The Samsung S10 does great panoramic pictures. Color depth is terrific and vibrant. Most of the panoramas in my house construction blog, tokulacres.com, were made with the panoramic mode. The early panoramas were stiched together from individual pictures with a program called
Widsmob Panoramas. Using the embedded panoramic function is much easier and better.
