On the bright side, Benito Biden made the evacuation run on time. The surrender was on schedule and presumably under budget as we abandoned people and arms in our haste to flee.

Trump was American First, Biden is/was Americans Last. In the truest sense of the word. Heck of a job Joey.

This is a good day to remember Trump was impeached for a phone call where his language was parsed to favor his opponents.

His allies were imprisoned in order to coerce testimony damaging to Trump.

...and none of this 'stay on topic' crap for pointing this out. We somehow have to stop the damage caused by the current administration before it's too late...

Gold Star fathers Mark Schmitz and Darin Hoover slammed President Joe Biden during a Fox News interview on Monday night for appearing to repeatedly look at his watch while participating in the dignified transfer of the 13 U.S. service members who died in a terrorist attack last week in Kabul.

"In reference to the checking of his watch, that didn't happen just once," said Hoover, who lost his son, Marine Staff Sgt. Taylor Hoover, in the attack. "That happened on every single one that came out of that airplane. It happened on every single one of them. They would release the salute, and he would look down at his watch on every last one -- all 13 -- he looked down at his watch."

"As a father, you know, seeing that and the disrespect, and hearing from his former leaders, one of his master sergeants said exactly what you just said, that this was avoidable, that they left them over there," he continued. "They let them down, we cant have that. It can't happen ever again."

Fox News host Sean Hannity asked Schmitz, who lost his son, Marine Lance Corporal Jared Schmitz, what he thought about the watch incident.

"I actually leaned into my son's mother's ear in I said I swear to god if he checks his watch one more time and was probably only four times in, I couldn't look at him anymore after that," Schmitz said. "Considering especially the time and why we were there, I found it to be the most disrespectful thing I'd ever seen."

She recounted that she met Biden at the Dover Airport for the dignified transfer ceremony and said the president tried to talk to her about his son Beau Biden who died of cancer.

"[Y]ou tried to interrupt me and give me your own sob story and i had to tell you 'that this isn't about you so dont make it about you!!!'" Chappell wrote.

Chappell also wrote that Biden grew frustrated with her as she continued talking to him.

"U then rolled your fucking eyes in your head like you were annoyed with me and i let you know that the only reason i was talking to you was out of respect for my son..." she wrote.

She says that Biden turned to walk away and threw up his hand behind him as she continued to speak.

"U turned to walk away and i let you know my sons blood was on your hands and you threw your hand up behind you as you walked away from me like you were saying 'ok whatever!!!'" she wrote.

At church Sunday we prayed for all those left behind in Afghanistan. I found myself mentally completing the phrase with “abandoned “ instead of “left behind.” It was a subconscious thing, happening in my mind at the same time the lector was speaking his phrase. I don’t think I have ever been this ashamed of my country. I guess our transformation is complete.

It's the one honest thing Joe has done these last few months. OK, whatever: that's the attitude exactly. Perhaps not exactly: Dems aim to weaken the military, and showing blatant disrespect will make normal patriotic families think twice about serving.

Though of course Biden is getting some blowback, if he can make the blowback blow over, America's failure and humiliation serves their domestic purpose.
