Trump's not wrong...

As if this was a surprise. And trying to base her decision on the lies that Trump made derogatory comments about servicemen. She spoke "at" the Dem convention, ffs.

Love the timing of her endorsement - just as information on the Bidens' financial corruption hits, she's talking about voting for Biden on 'values'. Very entertaining!

LilyBart said...

If Cindy wants to laud John McCain's "values" to support her endorsement of Biden, it might be time for the younger people to google "Keating 5" to acquaint themselves with John McCain's 'values'.

John McCain is dead to me.

He should have mentioned that the alleged reason for her choice was the fake Atlantic story. Is mentioning John McCain's endless war love "dishonoring" him?

Dog bites man. Of course a warmonger family won't support a peace making president.

A NeverTrumper doesn't like Trump?

Quelle horreur!!!

rehajm said...

Don't look now Cindy but the Snuffleupagus/WaPooh has Trump up in FL and AZ today...

Gunner said...

She basically endorsed him a month ago at the DNC. Only our mentally challenged media could make this news.

The Keating Five. His very first act was to Leo at the opportunity for corruption!

There's a movie, where the main character runs into Hank Williams Jr;
and says to him: I Really thought your Father was a great musician

If i ever ran into John McCain in the afterlife; i'd say to him:
I Really thought your Grandfather was great, and your dad wasn't too bad either

McCain won his “rich lady with a liquor store”, but lost every ounce of credibility.

Cindy knows when it all comes out, her husband was complicit in handing the fake dossier over to the FBI. He was in on the Coup. She wants Joe to win, so the left can cover it all up.

One more example of what an America First President has to endure for us from the cartel of Globally Entitled War Loot takers . Trump has to have a thick skin .

rcocean said...

Guess that shows how "Republican" Cindy and her former husband really were. Trump has caused a lot of masks to fall. Does anyone doubt that if Johnny McCain was still alive, he would be supporting Biden? Or that Mittens would be PUBLICALLY supporting Biden, if he could get away with it?

Cindy McCain and her daughter are only relevant because they hate Trump. Once Trump fades away, they will too. Just like those horrible Reagan kids (Ron Jnr, patti davis) did, when time past by Reagan. IRC, Patti Davis and Ron Junior were attacking McCain in 2008, as being too Un-Reagan like to vote for. In 2012 and 2016 no one gave a damn what they thought.

Conservatives that are never Trumpers, are now in full throated trashing of all the conservatives values they claim to champion. It is impossible to vote against President Trump without voting against conservative principles.
4 years ago, you could lie to yourself, that President Trump was a Trojan Horse, and would not govern as a conservative. That fig leaf is completely desiccated and blown away by the breeze of facts.
To vote against the President is to install radical, anti American progressive idealist, and all the programs that are antithetical to the Constitution.

You can hate on the President all you want, but to vote against him, is to vote against the United States as founded.

Cindy McCain saw to it that neither Trump nor Sarah Palin, McCain's VP nominee, was invited to his monumental funeral.

Sadly, the Arizona Governor is a McCain Republican. Ducey has been a disappointment, not to the family of Cindy who fund him, but to us voters.

Sums it up nicely. I never got ga-ga over McCain. I admired his heroism in prison under horrible circumstances, but he had trouble putting that behind him. That his widow (for whom he abandoned his faithful wife) feels more comfortable with the cool kids is no surprise.

Trump can never be gracious with the McCains because they can never be gracious with him. Trump is no above-it-all gentleman. Remember how gracious George W. Bush was with Bill Clinton at the unveiling of Clinton's portrait in the White House? That's not Trump. Of course, that wasn't McCain, either.

"Keating 5"

Yeah. That's where John Mac lost me too. And I can think of nothing that would cause me to change my mind in the ensuing time.

The left's favorite "maverick".

The entire McCain family is a horror show.

The senator was a narcissistic, world-class jerk. The daughter is a room-temperature IQ princess. And the wife is a rich, entitled Barbie past her sell-by date.

Other than that, they're good people...

Great tweet from the president.

And so true.

Benedict Arnold was a war hero.

All the way up to the point where he wasn't.

Its funny to see the legacy media dust off all of the never trumpers and pretend this is new, that they aren't going to vote for Trump this go around either. Duh.

What they keep missing is the fact every rejection of trump by swamp dwelling wash d.c types is a new voter for Trump. Trump is our first 3rd party president up for re-election. Non endorsements only burnish his 3rd party credentials

John McCain was a major disappointment in many ways. Sad.

No, 4 years ago I looked at Trump and his record, and said "trump hasn't earned my vote", so I spent my time online attacking Hillary for all her sins, and voted for myself for President in the election.

Today? Today if you're not supporting Trump, it's because you're not a conservative, and never were.

Next we get the Bill Kristol twitter Biden endorsement that Chuck will link to in these threads.

Despite COVID, Trump has caused people to pull of their figurative masks more than any president or other political figure in my lifetime- only rivaled by Margaret Thatcher.

Yeah that tweet will go over big in AZ where the endorsement matters.

Hmm.. I was going to say spouses should think better than assuming they carry even a fraction of their spouse's political cachet, but I can't think of an instance where a husband of a politically influential woman tried to fill her shoes. I assume this because women in politics is still relatively new on a civilizational model. Or maybe it is because it is emasculating to the husband to have the wife reach that kind of role?

It’s funny how it’s all Democrats who support that caitiff McCain, who put an R after his name totally as a way to con the voters because he knew if he ran on his true beliefs, he would never have gotten a sniff of the Senate.

boatbuilder said...

Trump said a whole lot of very nasty stuff about Ted Cruz and his family during the campaign. Cruz told his supporters to vote their conscience and refused to endorse Trump in 2016. Understandable.
Cruz is a political grown up and got over it. He supports the conservative agenda that Trump has done so much to advance. He sucked it up and is Doing what he can to advance it.
Not so much the late Johnny MAC and the NeverTrumpers-pure spite. Screw the voters.
Screw them.

The petty gene runs deep in this family. So deep that John McCain’s legacy is that he saved Obamacare despite promising in his last campaign that he would vote to abolish it.

Readering, Republicans here in AZ detest John McCain.

Michael K, yep, Ducey is a moron. One example? Appointing Martha McSally to be a Senator after she lost her race to be Senator, to dingbat Sinema.

Ducey is weak tea.
