Reminds me of the biopic of Liberace that Michael did for HBO "Behind the Candelabra" and shows Liberace sleeping with his eyes wide open after plastic surgery, because the skin had been pulled back so taught. His eyes wouldn't close naturally.
This is off season surgery like when some athlete does this with knee or rotator cuff surgery so this must mean she's out of the running for VP. Which is smart because slow Joe's campaign isn't going anywhere this year and we may be able to accept her new face by 2024.

-- Not getting the surgery at least one full year before announcing her presidential run. Doing it this late made it easy for a snide creep to make a before-after comparison within a 10-day period during a political campaign. Slow Joe could have told her that.

Is it possible nothing was done? I've been going through family photographs and trying to decide which ones are worth saving. Any number of factors -- lighting, timing, shooting from an odd angle or while a person is talking -- can make a reasonably attractive individual (and all my relatives are flat-out gorgeous, BTW) look really, really weird.
