People in public and where the public is invited (stores, streets, malls) typically are not very observant about things that go on around them, until someone brings attention to it. Then it's a spectacle that draws more people.
Wonder if this is female privilege at work (cant imagine a man getting away with this for long)- or proof that Asian women are so ignored over there to be invisible.

The fact that this can happen in public in China while a video of it and much else like it is totally censored in Amerika just shows how much more freedom the Chinese enjoy over Amerikans. Same as drinking beer, wine and booze freely in the streets. Here in Amerika, we can only dream of living in a free country.

No, this is just another example of the famous mainland propensity for absolutely ignoring other people in public places.

You can go to a hub of these sort of videos and type in any store or landmark and find a video of something happening in or at the location.

Well if Chinese IKEAs are laid out like the ones here in the USA, she was guaranteed an audience---no way to avoid seeing the Chinese lady diddling herself --you start at the entrance to the store and have to pass through every department before you get to checkout and the meatballs.
There are tons of shortcuts built into the IKEA store layout you don't have to actually walk through that entire store
