I got a report in from Minneapolis-St. Paul this morning saying it was 10 below. Madison is balmy compared to that. It's 70 down here in PCBFL.

This versus 45% for Obama in 2012, 50% for GW Bush in 2004, 50% for Clinton in 1996, and 50% for GHW Bush in 1992. (i.e. in the years that they ran for reelection)
