Ah, but you are forgetting the law of diminishing returns, ARM. It is easier to go from 9% unemployment to 7% unemployment than it is to go from 7% unemployment to 5% unemployment.
The graph you link to shows a more-or-less linear reduction in unemployment. So when does it cross the zero line?

The only reason Americans with pre-existing conditions are protected from discrimination is because of the Affordable Care Act, and the President is trying to repeal that law.
Is that really the only reason? If it is repealed, can pre-existing conditions still be covered? Yes.
