I watched that little bit of the hearings. After making sympathetic remarks to demonstrate his humanity (virtue signaling) the Castro twin then went on to lead the witnesses into expressing their judgments and condemnations of Trump. To be clear, these are low level employees, who are not involved in the actual policy making or privy to what is going on at an executive level between heads of state, put they get to make judgments based on their assistant level positions and experience about the president on national TV because he didn't act conventionally. It's a farce, but that's all the Dem's have got. Meanwhile the Ukrainians got their aid, got improved military assistance, have a Trump inspired president who has instituted anti-corruption measures for the first time, and they have a fine relationship with Trump. And the conclusion we're supposed to reach is Trump is terrible and must be impeached!?
