I believe the US translation would be the (non-sexual) "Blow her off"
While at a party, the Rocketman claims, QEII asked her nephew, Viscount Linley, to watch over his sister, Lady Sarah Armstrong-Jones, because she wasn’t feeling well and had left the festivities to go rest. Linley had no interest in doing so.

I find HM's actions more aunt-like than queen-like.
Sounds like the whole thing was sort of tongue-in-cheek on the Queen's part. At least Elton John thought she was hilarious.
