Evers is going off the rails with proposing tax hikes and double the average borrowing under Walker for 8 years. How about giving illegals drivers licenses? IMO just before he wants to give them the ability to vote in state elections. Hotels may have been the second reason.

It's not about this election cycle. It's about the political theater leading up to the next cycles this year (WI Supreme Court) and the general in 2020. It's already started with the oppo ads against Hagedorn.
I guess that is one way to get the Democrat Presidential nominee to visit the state. On the other hand, the protests will be spectacular. I also think that might be the smartest move the DNC could make.
