After a life with Tourette's (which he never complained about -- or his near deafness either), TD did a number on him. He died of something unrelated not too soon thereafter and didn't suffer. Like everyone my age, I have no idea if the nasty Racist people like Ocasio will triumph, after I have passed away, or if this country will one day be less racist that Ocasio wants it to be, and I have no idea if she will be mocked in the future just the way we now mock the racists and haters of the 1970, or if she will be get the subservient flattery she obviously desires.
And I do not really care all that much.
America is a great country but the world is big, and God loves us all.
Yes there is a chance that the evil-hearted Ocasio will smile and grimace her way into 8 years or more of a presidency, long after I am dead.
So what?
There are lots of nasty young women, beautiful to look at, and nasty young men, all of them handsome, who may, after I am dead, marry one of my grandchildren.
God loves me and God cares about each of us so much more than we care about each other. I do not worry about my grandchildren when I remember that.
