The Ice Throwing. Even The NY Times wrote a story about that.

The Left is fucking dumb. It used to be called Throwing the Kitchen Sink at someone. Now it should be called Throeing the Ice at someone.

You are a disappointment as a lawyer. Here you are talking about ice, before you concentrated on memory. Here we had a plaintiff that did not have one witness to back her up story. How does a lawyer take a case with no evidence? And not one blog from you a lawyer for over 30 years about the jurisprudence in this case. In fact it is not only you but your profession that is disgrace and decided leftist. There was a letter signed by 2400 lawyers admonishing Kavanaugh with no scholarly evidence. This case was a farce or as Trump aptly put " a hoax" .

I have a post I'm working on about Trump's use of the word "hoax." Don't expect everything to come in the order you'd put it, Otto. You're a disappointment as an astronaut.

I may be taking you statement too literally about your upcoming analysis of Trump using the word. Not interested if it was brilliant move or not by Trump. Just interested in the jurisprudence of this case. For goodness sake, law was your life's work . Doesn't the jurisprudence interest you a little bit? Are you that much of a nihilist!

I demand the Milwaukee Brewers be impeached and removed from the playoffs! And replaced by the Detroit Tigers!

What law was relevant here? He was not on trial, so the usual due process rules do not legally apply. ( They may still be a good idea, and or good politics, but that is not a matter of jurisprudence. )

And the Constitution is silent on exactly how the Senate should go about producing its advice and consent.

Of course, laws regarding perjury or witness tampering would apply, but investigation an prosecution of those laws would be a separate matter.

Surprised it wasn't reported that he threw ICE at a Latino.

May? MAY? To even suggest this is to allow the possibility of rule by howling mob/unfounded innuendo/vote by media reaction.

Nope, not even a suggestion that due process has no place outside a courtroom is damning.
