Correction of the year by GQ: ""An earlier version of this article used a headline noting that Trump had publicly called for the death penalty in the New York attack, but not the Las Vegas shooting in particular. That discrepancy is probably related to the fact that the Las Vegas shooter is dead. We regret the error."

Lizzie Warren's just tossed Hillary! under the bus.

I'd say it was a small victory, but I can envision the usual suspects using this to keep beating the "invalid election" drum.

Heh. Donna Brazile says that Hillary stole the Democratic Party, with assistance from Debbie Wassermann Schultz. Too funny.

I now have something in common with Madeline Albright:

Like Churchill said: Never give up. Never never ever give up. Or maybe he said: Hope is a good thing. Maybe it is the only thing.

Whatever the hell he said, rest assured, somewhere out there, among the thousands of ringing slots and video poker stalls, there is a machine emblazoned with bob dylan decals, and maybe - just maybe - you will find it right beside some sort of weird archaic word definitions - based tic tac toe type video game.

Waiting for the right player to risk a few coins.....

Alexander Ovechkin, known as Oven Chicken to the opposition, is a Russian hockey star who plays for the NHL's Washington Capitals. According to Sports Illustrated, Oven Chicken has started social media campaign to help re-elect Vladimir Putin, presumably from the US. I don't think the Vlad is going is going to need any help.

Brazille shows how preposterous it is to think that anybody could have been disgusted enough with the DNC to leak those emails. It had to have been a Russian hack because Putin was scared shitless of a US with a firm and clear eyed leader at the tiller jealously protecting our nation's interests!

I still remember Bruno Sammartino doing push-ups at a brisk pace - with a full size adult sitting on his back.

Las Vegas is creepy. Except at night from a distance. Then it's beautiful. Like L.A. coming over the mountains at night and it's stretched out below you all lit up. The darkness and distance hide the creepiness.

Looking forward to Friday's "exclusive" excerpt from Brazile's book.

There is apparently a strategy to these sorts of exposes. First up might be Politico or WaPo (or NYT). Next day, one of the others gets another chapter or at least new salacious details. And then the next day. I suppose Brazile is already scheduled to be on CNN this weekend (or Meet the Press or This Week) By the time the book is actually released (Nov. 7th), we know most of the shocking information.

This was the playbook for "Shattered" - and I still bought the book on my Kindle - wanted to keep it for future reference.

I admit - I'm kinda shocked at how the MSM is treating this in a way that crucifies Hillary. Couldn't happen to a more evil deserving woman.

Meanwhile, Podesta can't even go on TV to defend Hillary - he's got his own troubles.

I have the opposite impression of Las Vegas at night. I've never stayed in Vegas but I have had the experience of driving through it on the interstate at night when traveling from California home to Wisconsin. For many, many miles approaching it the glorious desert night sky becomes more and more washed out until you can't see a blessed thing. It's amazing how extensive its light dome is. It impressed me as the biggest, ugliest light polluter I had ever seen.

I’ve only enjoyed one city by night. If you’re landing at Reagan National after dark try to arrange to sit in s window seat on the left side of the cabin. Most flights come in down the Potomac and you have marvelous views of Georgetown, the White House, the Lincoln and Washington Monuments, the Mall and Capitol Building. It’s just gorgeous.

Of course if the plane lands from the south you don’t see any of this, just Northern Virginia, but more land from the north.

The Clintons are becoming timeless like a Norman Rockwell calendar breaking bad. There are revelations from Donna Brazile: "See, Hillary is crooked". But Hillary has been shown to be crooked before and then become the Presidential candidate and been held up as an example for little girls to emulate. I see the Dems are chasing her like greased pig at the county fair. I've seen this before. My money is on the pig with lipstick.

I guess everyone has memories of wrestling from where they grew up. Here in the Midsouth every Saturday morning at 11 it was "Studio Wrestling" The local guys were Jerry Lawler (hometown hero) Tojo Yamamoto and the "Fablous Jackie Fargo" Yeah, that's how he pronounced it. We had guest stars come through, I remember the Iron Sheik, Killer Kowalski, Sargent Slaughter, and some others. I knew a guy who went to wrestling school briefly. He said the hardest skill he had to learn was how to pretend to hit someone and stomp his foot on the canvas at the same time.
