The Eldorado Brougham in the photo was one of the most expensive cars in the US in the late 50's, over $14k. The top is stainless steel. The regular Eldorado cost about half that and was a coupe or convertible based on the Coupe de Ville.

For the record, I tried to find that bullet boobs pool float online. I have a suspicion that there is a something on the other side, either a guy or the woman's legs. (It would also not surprise me if this is a set and a guy is the other one.) Unfortunately, searching for pool floats keeps coming up with no results. I sense that the search engines think it is porn. Then again, the way some of the models are riding the swans over on Amazon's site makes that a very easy to believe misunderstanding.
I assume that she will do just fine. Trumps are bright enough, and with an average IQ of roughly 1 std deviations n above the mean, even some with average IQs manage to get through LS and admitted to the bar - though it make take a try or two (John John Kennedy apparently took 3 tries, and Crooked Hillary Clinton apparently failed the (very easy) D.C. Bar).
I expect that Georgetown means that she is living at the WH. She would have full time Secret Service protection, and the logistics are much easier in that case.
