I'm not watching. The one game I watched this year the Brewers got a grand slam home run and went up big on (II don't even remember who) and went up big, only to blow the game in the end. I was properly chastened and went back to just checking scores on the internet. Seems to be working so far.

Since when does a baseball player have the right to take something from a fan?

And the ball club is celebrating it?

I am the farthest thing from a germophobe but That crosses a line I don't know why.

Undignified.

I hope I win the daily prize for this. Being from the South it looks to me like he was borrowing the fan's tobaccy spit cup to spit in. It was a great show of camaraderie!

Was it Spanish Language Day in Milwaukee?

That's those d*mn*d people living in Wisconsin. Thieves, thugs, and all around lowlifes, ever one of them. Oh! Hi, Professor and Meade.

Very fun when the players mess with the fans. I was at a game where there was a loud Yankees fan sitting near the Red Sox on deck circle and a foul ball ended up at Mike Lowell's feet. He picked it up and handed it to the Yankee fan only to yank it back when he reached for it, then passed it to the Red Sox fan sitting beside him.

As an ex-dipper, I agree.

Young Arcia has a lean and hungry look. Prince was just hungry.

Prince is a (supposed) vegetarian.

This story may or may not be related.

Oh come on, he's just a kid. Albeit a highly paid kid. He's like 14 or something. I'm sure the fan got compensated.

And tip of the ol' cap to Original Mike for being the 41st man on the BrewCrew's 40-man roster. May glory await you all.

Hey, Meade! My serviceberries are getting fruit! Do you know if all serviceberry varieties are edible?

Meade ayon kay ...

I don't know but I wouldn't be afraid to try a few. Rinsed in cold water. In case birds happened to get their dirty little wings on them.

I'll let you know. If you don't hear from me again, well...

More baseball magic by Orlando today. This time on the base paths. I credit Original Mike.
