huh, I thought I was reading a list of the ways in which our country has departed from basic principles of limited government and the ideals of the Enlightenment.

The Supreme Court sure does make a lot of political decisions. I say we eliminate that pesky Congress and start electing 50 Supremes every 4 years, since they seem to be doing the job of the Legislature already.
