The "golden arches" and black eyes reveal this to be an annual cicada (Tibicen linnei) As the name implies the annuals complete their lifecycle in one year, as opposed to the more iconic 17-year periodic cicadas of the genus Magicicada which have red eyes. In Madison you can look for them when Trump's VP will be running for the White House.
Now the rumors that McDonalds hamburgers are really just ground up bugs will start.
Some years ago I attended a series of food science lectures and exhibits dedicated to the notion that insects represent an inexpensive and nutritious human food source. I suppose everyone is familiar with "chocolate-covered ants" and other such novelties, but the scientists and chefs behind those lectures were serious. Bugs can be real food, or that was their claim.
Among the foods I sampled were hamburgers made from "edible grubs". Processed and texturized the grub-burgers tasted "just like a Big Mac," as the pretty grad student assured me with a smile.
In the past two years I’ve seen it’s for its in publications I never would have imagined, and even heard a college-educated person explain patiently that the word it’s is the proper choice because you form possessives with apostrophes, don’t you know?

That's good marketing. Make the logo simple and easy to paint on a cicada's thorax. The Burger King logo would never fly.
I hope that cicada has a good lawyer.
